Having lived in Ely since 2000 I've used Fencabs on and off over the years. They have let me down on a number of occasions there was the time I was left stranded at the station after midnight as the car I'd booked turned up drove past me and took someone else instead. The trip to the station on our way to a funeral we almost missed, with no apology. Or today, when my brother had to catch a flight and the cab waited one whole minute before driving off without warning while we were saying our goodbyes. The woman at the end of the phone refused to help. I will never use Fencabs again and will be encouraging friends to use alternatives too. read more
