And the guy working there (Rob? haha not sure!) was incredibly friendly and by far the most helpful person in my long and ridiculous quest (which would have otherwise been a wild goose chase!) for a single bolt! If you do ever find yourself in need of a random nut or bolt, this is absolutely the place to find it and it is SO nice to deal with someone who actually knows what they're doing! I went there looking for a dishwasher and found one. I was fearful that it might not work, since you can't plug it up there and find out, so I asked the guy in charge of that area if I get home and find out it doesn't work then what can I do. He told me that I could bring it back and get a full return if I do it before the end of the week. When I registered, the lady told me that if I have a problem with it and I just don't wait 30-40 days then I can do the same. Those words stuck in my head so it gave me peace. I get home and we're having problems with it and so I call back 2 days later and the guy who picked up the phone said "That's a problem because we don't take returns or exchanges". He passed the phone off to a woman, and I'm mad I didn't ask for both their names because I would just blast both of them versus the whole business, but the attitude was insane. They acted like I was stealing money from their own pockets.

We do a lot of gardening, and while I expected them to be able to calculate the amount of soil we needed based on the measurements of the space we wanted to fill, I did not expect them to ask what we intended to grow so they could bring a blend of soil blended just for that. The deliveries have always been very smooth, and they have made sure to place it exactly where we wanted every time, and the drivers even hang out to consult on other projects when we have questions. Let me tell you, this is real and the quality is top notch. I just had my house built and was able to get the same granite that's currently throughout my house so a perfect match.
