After payment no materials and after many calls, no response. The GM, Chris Fischer, with whom we worked with on the scope of work and estimates, told us he no longer works for the company. We contacted MD and their license is suspended, they do not occupy space at the address given, and we are moving forward with a formal complaint and lawsuit. Save yourself the loss and headache.

After that, they started ignoring our admin's calls too. Then on October 1, a random person called us saying someone would be at the site on October 2 or 3. When we pushed back, saying this was the third time we were promised a date, the caller admitted they had no idea about our project; they were just told to call and say someone would show up. Unsurprisingly, no one came, and since then, we've been completely ghosted again. We now have no choice but to hire a different company, which is delaying our own business operations and impacting our clients. After checking Yelp, we discovered this company has done the same thing to others, taking deposits and not following through. We feel scammed and are demanding a full refund of our $4,500 deposit. That said, for the price we paid, we expected a bit more in terms of design complexity or added features. The enclosure, while beautiful, feels somewhat basic for the cost. We chose Patio Enclosures specifically because they are a well-established company and we didn't feel comfortable going with an independent contractor, so we were willing to pay more for peace of mind and a warranty. A couple of weeks after installation, one of the screens broke, which was frustrating. It was a minor issue, but when you're investing a significant amount of money, even small things matter. The biggest disappointment, however, was with the financing process. We were told we could pay with a flat monthly fee and no interest for six months. That turned out not to be true. The financing company started charging interest after just three months, and the flat monthly payment didn't even cover the interest, meaning the balance kept increasing. The payment is no longer affordable, and the terms were not clearly explained up front. We feel misled--whether intentionally or not--by Patio Enclosures, because we based our decision on that financing offer. We're now paying a higher monthly payment we agreed to avoid our loan to get bigger and we are doing our best to save up and pay off the balance as quickly as possible. While the product itself is nice, and the installation was smooth, the overall experience has been dampened by the financing issues and the sense that what we paid may not match the level of finish we received.

I feel much better working with the person who is going to do the work compared to a salesperson who is going to tell you how good the work is going to be.
