Dean was great to work with, responsive, and provided timely updates as to when they would be able to come out and get the work done. Communication was 10/10. They had to schedule us out a bit to get the work done, but we didn't mind as fences were down all over the city due after the storm. They dropped off the fence materials the day prior, and got all work done within the expected time frame. Used quality cedar, that looks way better than the stuff my neighbor's 'guy' used. After approximately one month we hired them again for an additional gate with a lock and to install a new wood deck. After 2 months there began to be noticeable issues with the deck. There was a cupping issue were the boards were turning in and all the boards seemed to be too close together. I arrempted to contact the owner, Brady, and he was dismissive saying there was no way this could be occurring. There was also a ledge by my door that was a trip hazard. I have to keep a doormat over it so there isn't a tripping issue. I forwarded pictures and he still did not want to address my concerns.
