The most current one was a replacement of an L-shaped fence across our driveway. The first thing that impressed us about Cole is their quality of work. They don't bring out sections of fence already made or purchased from a lumber store. They build the fence on your property. The only off-site built pieces are the door re-enforcements. These are site-built fences. They remove the old and haul away too. Our first fence project was a shared venture with business on the other side. We did compare estimates from others and Cole had the best price and value for the money, hands down. You really have to see them build it. The red string and levels, the consideration of slope and drainage, and the real customization of the fence for your property that will last. They do have a thriving business so the expectation that this is a quick as fast food is not realistic. In some cases they have to wait on a utility locator service for safety, otherwise they place the posts in the exact same location as the old fence. They did the latter for us both times. The utility locator showed up 2 weeks later. I cannot recommend this business highly enough. Strong in integrity and value.

It took about a year of treatment to really see the results since my soil pH needed significant correction. I've never had problems with the service and they always notify me in advance when they are coming. My neighbors have commented on how nice my lawn looks, and it was the last lawn on my street to go dormant this fall. There are several others on my street who have started using Grass Nerds as well. In response to some of the other comments, my lawn is Bermuda. When it really starts growing in the summer, I may have to cut it 2-3 times per week. Otherwise, the lower part of Bermuda will show and it looks like brown spots. So my advice is to cut often with a sharp blade, set up an effective watering schedule, and you will not be disappointed!
