Called Fence Dynamics to repair my fence cap on a fence they put in 18 months ago. The quality of the materials was excellent. My salesman was top notch and the fence looked great upon completion. They installed a top cap that was way too short. It's only in the post about .25 of an inch! So of course a slight wind by Helene had it let go. A friends husband came and jury-rigged it to keep it from all blowing down. Called Fence Dynamis, they said they won't repair it cuz it's a liability issue! Wait! What! You installed it with what looks like a scrap piece so as not to cut another full section. They want me to go on their website. Order the piece and hire a handyman to try and repair it! Stay away from Fence Dynamics if you expect them to stand behind their work! It's really too bad because it's a quality product. read more

I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company for fencing. Our fence is still not completed 5 months later per our contract. We have tried to get the issues with their install resolved and they still haven't completed correctly. Large gap under gate, our small dog can escape under the gate. They said they could only go to the property line which is fine but someone should have communicated with me on what the steps would be to complete this project. I paid a big and I mean big chunk of money for this fence. I expected it to at least keep my dogs in the yard. This is not a satisfactory job not a good job it is an absolute horrible excuse for a fence. The salesman should have called and explained to me what was happening he did not. Simple project to enclose pool equipment. The install was completely wrong. The installer said he would be out the next day to fix. Never happened. Finally supposed to happen today. Called and left messages several times not hearing back. Finally talk to Sabrina to find her argumentative and defensive. They offered to come and pick up their materials. However, when I asked for my deposit back, that was not going to happen. Beware of promised "customer satisfaction". Wish I would have read other Yelp reviews of this company before engaging them in this project. They will not be getting their materials back without refunding my deposit. This is not about the money, but principle. Terrible company to deal with. This will probably wind up in court. Some things are worth spending part of your children's inheritance on. After having many fencing companies come out to give us quotes, we were excited to choose Fence Dynamics in June as they had the best pricing and at that time, good reviews. They gave us an approximate 4-5 weeks wait time which was also the best compared to other companies. Sabrina emailed us weekly updates to keep us informed. When the 5th week came and no scheduled install was made, we reached out for an update just to be told it should arrive "soon" and that they would contact as soon as the materials arrive. After about the 6th week or so, we had to start emailing in for updates as they did not email us on Monday's like they were supposed to. On the 8th week we were informed that they weren't sure what the delay was but they were "contacting" other manufactures to see if they could get our materials sooner. Didn't happen. Then we were told it was delayed due to the color we choose. I told them I'd be ok with changing the color for something that IS in stock but no response. On the 12th week of asking for an update, we were told that back around on the 4th week of waiting (July) the manufacture shut down and that was the reasoning for the delay... Finally our fence was installed on the 14th week (October). It took 2 days to complete and the installers were awesome and did a great job on the fence. We had no issues with them. Had we have known the manufacture shut down in July, it would have made the waiting process a little easier. Jill, the manager, seems not to care and comes off very rude. She definitely needs an attitude adjustment. I do not and will not ever recommend this company due to the poor communication and lack of the General Managers customer service. **UPDATE to owners response to my review** I was NEVER once offered to cancel my contract due to COVID. I am baffled at the lies that were wrote in the response to my review. I am more than willing to share the screenshots of the emails from the office that state they don't know if I can cancel, that they don't know what the reason is behind the delay on our fence and that they were checking MORE than ONE manufacturer for the material. Covid was NEVER brought up. Furthermore, pay attention to people's names and spell them correctly when you try to reply with lies. It's the least you could do! read more

Save your money and choose someone else. If I could give this company 0 star I would. I contacted this company since April 2021, until now September 8, 2021, have not heard anything, they keep saying next week we will have someone to come out, nobody come. I was getting frustrated I stop calling and let my husband call every time. They finally installed partial fence, and after a month nobody come to fix it, they said they're unaware of the problem. Why not call me to verify? They apologized, at-least that's what they're good at and said the GM will come out to inspect and they fired the contractor who didn't finished the job. Another weeks later, they send the same contractor that they stated they "fired." And still didn't do a good job super sloppy and dent the inner part of my roof ceilings.The GeneraManager came out and take bunch of pictures of the sloppy job the contractor did, and until now they keep saying this is going to be the week. We are so frustrated and tired of the excuses they're providing and at this point we just want our money back. read more

I do not recommend this company. They do not know how to put up gates and will only put them where it is easy for them, not where you ask them to be. I had them out a few times and they will not fix the problem. The GM is abrasive when you try to talk to her. I am actively looking to find someone to fix their mess. We called them to get an estimate for replacing the fence they installed in 2021, which was destroyed by Hurricane Ian. This company will over charge. Scam you into signing a contract . They over charge. It takes days to finish. They left a mess in my yard and they put a lean on my house until the job is done And they get paid. Then it took almost a week for them to lift the lean even after payment was made. Contracted Fence Dynamics back in July, promised the fence would be installed in 6 week we are now at 12 weeks and fence is still not here. Horrible communication, had to deal with Sabrina who is extremely unprofessional and rude. The manager Jill called me on Thursday October 15th to let me know they were going to come and install the fence the next day, in the morning and would call me on their way. After waiting all morning workers call me at noon to let me know they are at my house... I rush back home, they weren't here, took them another 40 min to get here. When they arrived they removed my temporary fence and told me they couldn't put the new one up because some bushes need to be cut and they don't have the tools for that. Now please understand those same bushes were there 3 months ago, when they drew the plan, but yet no one said anything... I get my own Gardner to come the next morning Saturday October 17th at 8 am so the workers can come back at 10:30am as they promise if I had the bushes cut. Another person calls me from fence Dynamics to ask me what issues I have and has no clue of the situation. Also the workers never put back the temporary fence after taking it off. I called the workers at 11:30 to see if they were one their way (1 hour after they were supposed to be here) worker tell me he had to finish a job, get lunch then he'd be here at 1pm... it is now 2:30pm.... I have no fence, and the old one is cut a part in my back yard. I own a business which I have to get back to and a dog that needs now to be locked in the house because she can't be outside since I have no fence... it is Saturday so who knows when I'll see anyone again. read more

Beware of this company. Very unprofessional and dishonest. The vinyl portion of the fence was not put up per our contract. When we told them about this they said they were right per the contract. I asked them to send me a copy of the contract and you can see they changed the numbers by 1 foot! The chain link part of our fence was placed on top of an irrigation head. They said they could not move it, so we had to do this. The gates it took them an extra month and 3 times coming out to finally get installed and fit properly. This was the worst experience in the process of our newly built home. Stay away from this company. read more

Our fence is done! Great job by the team. We had a great rapport with them and they were able to provide us with answers to our questions. If you follow their contract you should not have any issues. We were able to go through Home Depot which allows us 12 months financing and interest free. read more

I wish I would have read the horrible reviews before I went with Fence Dynamics because I would have gone with someone else. First problem is when high wind fell a small tree on the fence. The only real damage was the top rail. I called Sabrina and was told I can't buy just a rail I had to buy a whole section so decided to just live with a bent top rail. The second time was hurricane Ian of course. I put the whole fence back together with what I was able to salvage except I needed 4 rails and 3 panel pieces. I had already gone to fence outlet in North Port and bought 5 posts to replace the broken ones since I was told I couldn't get parts from Fence Dynamics. not being able to find my style online I called back fence dynamics and was told by Sabrina she would call me back. She never did and would not answer my calls or call me back. I complained about the horrible situation through their contact us portal and complained that they were rude and the worst customer service I had ever seen and could I get the name of the manufacturer so I could try to find the parts myself. I'm not sure if it's a lie but was told they manufacture their own KITS and to get on their website and order and I can only order full panel kits and no parts separately. I can't seem to get through to their website so who knows. If this review helps anyone to seek out other products and not go through this pathetic company then It's worth my time. Buyer Beware!!!! My wife and I recently purchased a new home and wanted to put up a fence for our two dogs. We went through Home Depot who contracts with Fence Dynamics. The salesman was fast to respond, come out to the house and overall very pleasant to work with. We met with him to sign the contract on May 28th, 2016 and paid in full. At the time we signed we were told the overall process takes 4-6 weeks and the company would call us every Monday to give updates regarding our order. This was the beginning of our nightmare because once Fence Dynamics received our money everything went downhill. -Fast forward to the end of June and we had not received any status updates since signing the contract in May. We called Fence Dynamics to check our fence's status and were told the permit was still pending as the city was holding up the process. We called the city to figure out what the delay was and were informed Fence Dynamics did not submit the permit until June 20th, 2016 (3 weeks after we paid in full). When discussing this with the GM, he brushed it off and said he was still confident the fence would be done in the 4-6 week timeframe. -At the 5-week mark, we called again and were told they still did not have the permit, but they expected to get it the following Monday, July 11th and would then setup the appointment to install. This would be at the 6 week mark so we were ok with that. -Week of July 11th: We did not hear from Fence Dynamics regarding the permit by mid-week, so we called again and were told the permit was still pending. Fearing there might have been a problem with the permit, we called the city and they told us the permit had actually been ready on Monday but nobody came to pick it up. Fence Dynamics adamantly denied this until we three-way called the city and Fence Dynamics to get everyone on the same page. Fence Dynamics then said that they would pick up the permit the following Monday but they had already ordered the supplies knowing that the permit was approved. We accepted the one week delay and moved on. -Week of July 18th: By mid-week, we did not hear from Fence Dynamics regarding the permit or installation of the fence. We were told at that point the materials still had not arrived, even though we were told the week before they were already ordered and would be there within two days. We had lost another week. -Week of July 25th: We finally get an installation date setup, 9 weeks after paying and signing the contract. The installation was going smoothly until we were informed that the wrong gate size was ordered (4 ft instead of 5ft) which was required by our HOA. We were told they would reorder it and have it out early the following week. -Week of August 1st: We did not hear from Fence Dynamics so we again reached out in an attempt to avoid HOA fines. We were told the installation would be the same day we called. When we came home that evening, there was still no gate. We called the next day and were told they didn't know why the fence wasn't put up and that a guy would come out that day or the next for sure. Thursday came and still no contact or gate. We called Fence Dynamics on Thursday, were routed to the installation team, and were told they had actually received our gate on Monday but it was the wrong one and he was surprised nobody let us know that. The new gate was scheduled to come in that Thursday/Friday and thus the gate wouldn't be up until the following week. So Fence Dynamics lied to us again and did not inform us of yet another error on their part. -August 8th: 10 weeks after we signed and paid in full we are finally getting the gate put in today. I reached out to Fence Dynamics corporate and the local GM regarding the customer service and repeated issues. They brushed all of this off and seemed not to care presumably because they had our money almost 3 months earlier. Use this company at the risk of your own sanity! The mangers repeatedly lie and do not care about you as a customer. This was the worst experience of my life and would never wish it on anyone else. read more

We are very Satisfied with our new 6' vinyl fence. Met with sales rep Angel and had an informative discussion on Fence Dynamics product line. We decided on 6' vinyl fence with two 5' gates. Jessica called to Update us when the permits were finished and when the install date would be. Brandon did a great job installing the fence arrow straight and cleaned up the fence and yard to perfection. Brandon also took the time to inform me of the best way to keep the vinyl looking good. DO NOT USE FENCE DYNAMICS OR HOME DEPOT!!!! They WILL NOT FIX THEIR ERRORS!!!! Extremely poor service and felt they took advantage of us during Irma. They still have not fixed the issue. First the salesman sold us something that we didn't need saying it was per code and we had to have it. They put the fence in where we can't even open our window or drop down our shutter. The owner told me "I should just buy a new window". During installation they busted underground sprinklers which we had to fix. They came out again and said they would move the fence. Still have not heard anything back. We will never recommend Home Depot or Fence Dynamics to anyone. This is my First bad review ever. read more

I could NOT be more DISSATISFIED with Fence Dynamics! 1. They are unreliable- The crew began work this past Tuesday afternoon, they tore down our old fence and just left it strewed all over our front lawn and then never returned on Wednesday at all. Additionally, we were never contacted to let us know that they would not be coming. My husband called the company several times only to find out that the company did not know where their crew was. 2. They are not meeting their timeline-we were told this job would be done in 2 days. It is now day 4 and they have yet to complete the job; However, keep in mind they never showed up at all on Wednesday and today they are a NO SHOW. Again, we were never called to let us know that they would not be coming today. 3. They have no consideration for my property - the old fence has still not been completely removed and is laying around, not to mention my grass that is dying by the day. Be careful! I recently hired Fence Dynamics to install a vinyl Before contracting with them PLEASE read my story. Please read all the reviews. Most are bad. They are are all so true. The sales person will promise the world and tell you they are unfounded and have a better product than anyone in the industry. It might be if installed correctly. What started as a 2 day install was drawn out to over six weeks of stress and frustration After weeks of complaining and with the office manager coming out twice and said the whole thing was a botch job they Finally they sent out a second installer who had to take most of the fence back down because instead of using a whole bag of concrete for each post used one bag for three or for posts. He dug the post out bigger and put a whole bag of concrete I watched him. He had to redo the whole gate. Replacing top and bottom rails and latch. The opposite site previous installer cut the posts by six inches. The company refused to repair. In the process of installing sprinkler lines and electrical wires were cut and internet lines cut in several places workers showing up up unannounced once at 8:00 am once at 8:00 pm. Second installer showed up to do the repairs unannounced in the am. Told him no work would be done since I didn't know he was coming and called to confirm with the office. A few days before second installer was to come the office manager called to tell me the owner wanted her to tell me if I didn't pay the balance I owed the he would put a lien on my house. Just trying to save anyone else the frustration and stress we went through with this company. BEWARE I wish I would have hired another company. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. We hired Fence Dynamics to install a vinyl privacy fence for a rental property while we are out of state. According to our renter, the installers were pros and everything went well. She is an older lady and we wanted to make sure we took care of her and got a good value for our property. We're happy with the photos we received and she's happy with the fence. This company started out putting up fences. We had a fence installed 5 years ago and they did great work, however, just needed some repairs so I decided to call them. They (Blasé Bisceglia) have now grown and doing bigger and better jobs. I was told that they do not have anyone to do such a small job they only do big jobs. We try to help out local businesses and being that he was just installing fences at the time, we wanted to help him out but apparently loyalty is not as important to them. We wanted some additional remodeling work done but I will be calling someone else who takes loyalty seriously. read more

In April 2016 Fence Dynamics put in a fence that cost me just under $12000.00. In May of 2017, less then a month over a year, four of the fence posts bent. I called and spoke to Robbie. He was rude and obnoxious. He told me it was not possible only intense heat or hurricane winds could do that. We did not have any hurricanes or intense heat, so I sent him pictures of the bent posts. He then stated it was an act of God and they were not responsible. I contacted another fence company who was willing to repair the fence but needed to obtain the fence posts from Fence Dynamics. Robbie gave them a hard time. Since I had gone through Home Depot to purchase and have the fence installed, I contacted Home Depot. I told Home Depot I would have the fence repaired but needed the fence posts that were used and needed to purchase new ones. Home Depot said they could not get the posts I needed. In July 2017, Home Depot agreed to pay for the new posts. On Sept 15, 2017, I Contacted Home Depot and was told they paid Fence Dynamics for the work to be completed and Fence Dynamics should have contacted me. Oct 13, 2017 Fence Dynamics is here to complete the work but two panels were damaged and they will not replace them or allow me to purchase them to replace.
