I had a rough idea of what I wanted but I don't really have a good decorating sense. This team was SO helpful! Tim and Sherry gave me suggestions and sketched out a floor plan to meet my budget. Joe and Jim got started on the demolition. With Jim working on the demo, Joe took me shopping. He was patient and helpful, taking me to several places until I found the right tile and flooring. AND THEN, the pandemic hit! But I was not abandoned. Joe and Jim continued working every single day and slowly my bathroom took shape! Their work ethic is amazing. They both even worked on the weekends to keep things moving "in case" the pandemic shut them down. They laid down protective covering on the floor from out in the driveway, all the way through the house to the master bathroom. They used plastic sheeting to protect all our furniture from the demo dust. At the end of every day, they cleaned up the work area and vacuumed their way out of the house. In spite of some suppliers shutting down because of covid-19, Joe and Jim somehow managed to get everything they needed and finish the job. They paid close attention to detail and explained everything. There were many days that I fretted over this or that, but Joe was always ready to address my concerns and reassure me that I was going to love my bathroom. He was right!! I do love it! The head installer took his time to form a nice pattern with the vinyl luxury tile, mixing the lighter boards and the darker boards, and their prep work on the concrete subfloor was excellent, too. We are very pleased, and would highly recommend them. We only did the great room and den, but they indicated they would be more than happy to return to do our bedrooms, when we asked them about it.
