Crew was sloppy and unsupervised. They damaged every inch of gutters on my home. They reluctantly repaired one small section. The job required one section of flat rubber roofing...looks like a bunch teenagers with no experience threw a rubber sheet on the roof and glued it down wrinkled puddles sloppy mess...but when unsupervised teenagers do the job that's what you get. They talked me into metal roof for my porch. They replaced a 50 year old roof that had never leaked with a metal roof that leaks every time it rains. I called and requested repair...no repair plenty of promises no repair but it's only been 10 months I guess I shouldn't rush them. Thank god I did not have them put a metal roof on my entire home. They left plenty of nails all around my yard so I guess its good to not have to go to the hardware store for roofing nails any more So this bunch runs three roofing companies based in Concord so really do your homework...I had a reference from a long time friend. He thought he got a good job done...Well turned out he did not...He asked for repair to his buckled siding. No response par from these clowns. We felt comfortable hiring Stu after meeting with him a few times, and we weren't wrong!! Our deck is gorgeous and I was blown away by how quickly it was completed! When we bought our house some adjustments needed to be made to the gates for them to close. We…read morenoticed the fence was installed by Blue Ribbon so we reached out to Dennis Sweeney and he came by to assess the situation. Even though the previous owner had purchased the fence from Blue Ribbon, Dennis said we were still covered for the repairs under his warranty. His crew of Bailey, Jeff and Paul came out and did a great job replacing one gate, moving the fence post on the other and installing new locks on both gates, all for no charge. Outstanding service. In addition, we were incredibly impressed with the strength of the fence when a neighbors tree fell across it last year requiring no repair. After we cut the tree off you can't even tell it ever happened. That is a strong fence.
