They removed all the old insulation along with the rodent waste, cleaned out our crawlspace and sealed it all up to prevent rodents from coming in. Worksite was left cleaner than when they arrived and they were super efficient. Price wasn't the cheapest but it was fair value (they do have a good and easy 0% interest financing option) and they were able to schedule the work much sooner than other places. They handed me off to a General Manager John M. Who was supposed to put out the fire so to speak. He just showed up with gasoline. There was always a reason why he couldn't resolve the issue. In the end my frustration led me to just tell him to forget it. I still have an unsealed entrance way and am really not getting any where with that. I have had to take off 5 work days for the original job, and 5 more for all the "fixes". I am absolutely beside myself as to how we have been treated by this company.
