Reliable Fence is not a good company…read more They didn't have a foreman at the site. The crew couldn't communicate with neighbors and didn't know the property lines. Crew put their installation equipment on my fence without even asking me. The police had to be called since they had no staking of property lines. Reliable doesn't respect property lines of neighbors or do any due diligence before installing the fence. They rely on a their contract to have no accountability for important issues of property lines and permits. When I was shopping for a fence years ago, I didn't pick Reliable Fence since cheap fencing material. They broke the noise ordinance and worked 2 hours past the deadlines. Reliable Fence Management was not concerned about breaking the rules. Just as they were not concerned with ensuring property owner staked the property boundaries. Reliable Fence Management had no concern for their staff and sent them out to work in a storm with 20 to 50 mile hour winds with large trees near the installation area. Reliable Fence was reported to the department of labor for their unsafe work practices. DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Worst Fence Company with lack of accountability. poor quality of materials, and no oversight of the workers.

When we met I forgot to mention that we wanted the fence as low to the ground as possible and when I saw that it was a little higher than expected we let them know. They rushed the job that I hired them for and tried to finish in just over 1/2 a day. They only…read morebuilt half of my retaining wall. When they showed up the owner said he had more block back at his shop but he would have to go get it, which he never did... I hired them to do some lawn grading which I ended up having to have another 20 yards of loam delivered to fix the grade away from the house and the retaining wall they built was less than 1/2 of the quoted size!! They also buried corrugated pipe for my gutter to drain into which has washed out many times instead of solid PVC. Quick to respond for quotes and payment and no response in over 10 e-mails and messages.
