Our yard had so many dry patches from the grass so we finally decided to look into artificial grass. So happy we did because it looks amazing!! I do not usually right reviews but am taking exception here as an Engineering Managing Professional. I worked with Owen from Green Pro Remodeling on an estimate to rehab our kitchen, popcorn ceilings, balcony, deck railing and other handyman actions. He was very professional and addressed all my questions. Thank you Owen. I agreed to contact him yesterday and did so to discuss questions today. We discussed. We were heading on a great path forward...In performing my due diligence, I asked for three references. He declines to give references and send me a contract to sign now. He says they are now booked and have gotten three more contracts this morning. Of course, there is no harm done and I respect his professionalism in declining to provide a contract. My guidance for others considering their services is to ask for references and get evidence of work they have successfully performed as I do not see that (yet). We have had so many people knock on the door for solar and finally decided to talk to someone just to see what it was about. I'm so glad the rep at Green Pro remodeling knocked on my door that day offering their services and told me they also did solar. We did a meeting the next day. This company did some work for me recently and changed all our windows to double pane energy efficient glass and it looks amazing. It has also lowered our bills and keeps the AC in during the heat waves this summer. They also did the insulation in the attic and painted the outside of our house.
