I had them come out and reset my opener and re program my remotes and App. About a week later the door would close and re open. The same technician came back. I was not home. He told my wife they did not install the opener ( later confirmed with the office they did ) a board was shot in the opener and it only had a 1 yr warranty. we were told parts are not available. They wanted ti install a new opener. Liftmaster said 5 yr warranty life time on motor. Another company came out, adjusted the door confirmed the warranty, and charged way less. They also told me parts are available if needed What a scam they are running at quality. Opener and door work fine now.

The worker came over and installed the new garage door. First taking out the old one. He even left it aside so my friend can have it. He installed the new one and the motor. After the worker cleaned up his mess. My garage works great. The garage is quiet. The door is impact which is great for comfort as the weather and people can't break in. I got a keypad and 3 garage clickers. John has to come back and look over everything as well as get the inspection people to come over and give the blessing.
