They have gone to dog training and they are so well behaved except for the barking. Richard suggested metal panels with small holes at first and then we moved on to no holes. He and his crew sourced them, painted them, upgraded the anchors in my cinderblock, and installed them quickly. Unlike other companies I wasn't told they had a 3 month waiting list or they'd come give me a quote only to never show up. Richard was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and quick to meet our needs. I think he could tell I was desperate! We are so very happy with not only the product, but the quick responses provided by Richard and the quality of the product and his team. For a fencing/gating project at my home, I must have talked to many contractors who either outright denied the job, quoted me very unrealistic numbers (possibly because they didn't want the job) and/or ghosted me throughout the communications/contractual agreement processes. With Devil Dog Fence Co, however, my experience with them had been very positive and in complete opposite with 90% of other housework contractors (fencing and/or other work) I had communicated with. I found Devil Dog Fence Co through Yelp (Thanks Doug another Yelp Elite who happened to have used him!) and called him one morning to see if he would be able to stop by to give me a quote. On my call, I highlighted some challenges with the work (wanting a really sturdy fence for my dogs, a fence relatively high and some location challenges that may need additional compliances to the city's fencing/wall ordinances with corner lots). Richard was able to ask and answer me some questions and he and Anthony were able to stop by the very next day to discuss/give some ideas about what I might be able to do re: fence/gate. Within a few days of their visit, I was able to get a quote from Richard. I had a revision of the work and did ask Richard for some additional details for the work and he was prompt in adjusting the work and providing me with a good timeframe for potential start dates! On the week of the project, Richard and Anthony arrived on time and got to work right away. I was very happy with their professionalism (very polite and just generally nice/easy to talk to!) and the fact that they kept the place clean and in order for the 5-6 days that they worked on the fencing/gate project (and delivered the work on time!). I was very happy with the results...and wow...once my dogs saw the new fenced space they had...they ran out in excitement after seeing the new fenced yard area today. I initially reached out after finding him on Google because a large section of my coyote fence had fallen. Fabian was incredibly kind, fair, and prompt in handling the repair, fixing the issue quickly and professionally. Following that excellent service, I hired N&A Fencing for a larger project: designing and installing a new chain link fence around my backyard to create a space for my little dog to play. While most people don't associate "beautiful" with a chain link fence, the final product truly is! Fabian's design and installation were exceptional! His employees were just as wonderful--they were efficient, kind, and incredibly thorough throughout the entire process. The fence was finished quickly, but the quality never suffered.
