With guest coming to stay at our home we reached out to a friend who charge the unit and got back running with no issues. The warranty company requested better documentation and photos to support Eastbend diagnose. Eastbend came back out and suddenly, their entire story changed- they then claimed the unit was "fine" and did not need any repairs. So which is it? Beyond repairs or perfectly fine? this level of inconstancy is very unprofessional and raises serious concerns about the accuracy and honesty of their assessments. Based on my experience, we would strongly advise other to avoid using Eastbend. We have zero confidence in their evaluation and would not use them again under any circumstances.

Our $4,200 purchase in September of 2025 needed to have special heating rods for the water heater and we needed training on the water softener system. Doug had to have surgery in October and that caused delays for him to finish with our purchase.
