I did not have a spare key, so I did a search on my wife's Blackberry for locksmiths and saw Coastal Locksmith and called them. The locksmith came to my car about 20 minutes later and was able to remove the broken piece of key from the door lock and cut a new key for my car, they gave speedy service at a good price!

What a HUGE disappointment this company was. We paid extra to have not one but four people perform…read morethe inspection on our home. They sent us the inspection report and informed us they were unable to inspect the Jacuzzi tub because there was no access panel. That is a big deal right? Except the access panel was in the water closet. When we called to inform the owner of the company we basically got an "our bad" answer not exactly what you want to hear when you spend $550 to make sure a significant financial purchase is in a sound state. Additionally we found that the water softening system hadn't worked in so long that the shower heads had significant residue built up on them. Back to the Jacuzzi the jets were packed with something Lord only know what and if we had been told by the company we hired to be our advocate we'd of asked for it to be cleaned/serviced. Then we call to have the ducts cleaned and found out that they need $2500 in repairs, improper sealing, leaks in the ducts a drain pipe going in the wrong direction, and then we also find out that when the unit in the attic was replaced the old one was left behind. So my question is I hired 4 people to do a home inspection and am not confident any of them knew what the heck they were doing. So did they have one person do the inspection and three watch? It is really disappointing when you buy a home you know there will be things that need to be fixed but good grief. It makes me worry what did they not catch or not see as in the case of the jacuzzi, they also stated the ac wasn't working that they were getting an error message. It wasn't even the ac control panel they were looking at, it was another panel for pool controls, which was out of their scope of inspection. So how as a home inspector you can't tell the difference between a spa control and a thermostat? Here's a free tip one says heat and cool the other doesn't. I'll let you guess which one is which. I know that for home inspectors there is no licensing, or formal training but, when you hold yourself out as an expert ; shouldn't you be at least close to one? All the good intentions in the world do not cover up buying a home you think is in sound condition but isn't. We're sitting here thinking what the heck else is wrong and why did we pay $550 for? When buying a home steer as wide a berth away from this company as you can.

Roofers recommended an application called Gaco after pressure washing my roof and uprooting the…read moreshingle tacks. Not the repair promised for $4300.00 of an $8,000 quote. After the first payment, they abandoned the job site and attempted to sell an application best for flat roofs, not 45-degree elevated slanted roofs. Conversation with product rep. said Gaco wasn't designed for slanted shingle roofs. Further, CRR refused to provide a $500 receipt for the product. (Never purchased, I refused to let them apply it. Another scam attempt.) Not a repair job, reshingled a 10 x 12 portion, but ignored the other largely wind damaged areas, repeated leaks, and avoided the worst part of the roof repairs where tree limbs had punctured the roof. I had to bring in another roofer who took photos for me, showing they totally ignored the worst part of the roof. This company misrepresented the work promised. This has caused repeated damage to walls and floors due to roof leaks. The elderly owner is being misrepresented and has done a disservice to himself, his company and his subs.

I have these really noisy neighbors right above me, a family of 5 ( 3 young children), plus at least 2 dogs. I don't know what they drop on the floor that makes my bedroom windows shake, day or night, it sounds like they're dragging furniture anytime of the day or night. I've complained to the leasing office (management) many times, as soon as I moved in, but to be honest I seriously don't think they do anything about it because they continue making loud noises. Leasing office people just tell me they will take care of it yet neighbors are still very loud and noisy. I understand they are children but seriously? Our upstairs neighbors have NO consideration. I've been losing sleep, can't concentrate at work due to lack of sleep, it's definitely affecting me. Don't even know if the leasing office can move us to another unit, not even sure if it's worth the move. My leasing contract of 2 years ends this December 2026, maybe I can just wait a little longer. I even tried earplugs, they're so loud that I can still hear all the loud noise. I'm very disappointed with these apartments. I'm trying to find a phone number where I can complain to besides the leasing office (management), I'm sure I'll find. Too bad I found out about the noisy neighbors above me after I signed the 2 year contract, I'm sure the leasing office knew very well where they were getting me into, either way shame on them. I have neighbors above us that are REALLY noisy, a big family live upstairs, four very young children and a dog(s), sounds like they're ALWAYS dragging/moving heavy furniture even at late night, my bedroom walls and windows shake, yes that bad, and other loud noises such as stomping on floor, running, dropping heavy things, my poor cats hide because the loud noises scare them. I don't have any peace at all here. I've already called the leasing office to complain but they don't seem to do anything about it. Unfortunately we have a two year lease contract here, and it's been only six months it's no wonder they showed us an apartment on the 3rd floor instead of the one they rented us, because if I would of heard all the noises from the neighbors upstairs of the apartment where we're at now, I would have not taken it! So yes they knew from leasing office what they were doing, and I'm very upset and disappointed. If I could I would move out ASAP but to be able to do that I would have to pay them an early contract termination fee of almost the same amount that I paid just to move in.
