Parking: Free - located in a strip mall. Interior: Clean and modern. Service: No complaints. It wasn't busy when I went. Food/Drink: Jasmine Green Tea with Matcha Foam - mediocre. I've had better. Takeaway: Try it out if you are in the area. But there are better options out there.

Love their Thai tea!! I came through here after having brunch to power me through some more Christmas shopping. This spot is usually packed with UTD kids but it was pretty chill when I came in. Their cups were super sturdy too and hold well while you are cruising in your car. I saw some other non caffeinated drinks I want to try soon as well. It's a very clean place as well and some cute keychains and gifts on the counter. Fun stop if you like boba tea and such. Lots to do in the area so you can eat, shop in the cute shopping center, get your nails done and then get your sip on.

Got the strawberry breeze. Not bad, but nothing to write home about. Tasted like a strawberry smoothie. Sweet staff!

The person who helped me was super friendly, but this place was not clean at all. Which is super weird because it's in a nicer area. But it was one of those things where you can see it's not from age, but from just not being cleaned. Which kind of made me lose my appetite... But the service was friendly! Taste was average (Feng Cha's are like franchises so you know what to expect).

I stopped by here based on Yelp reviews and can report that it was worth the detour. I ordered the dirty boba and thoroughly enjoyed my drink. It was good quality and tasted delicious. Our server was excellent and fast. They have a welcoming environment and comfy chairs. I will definitely order the dirty boba again if I come here. Enjoy!

A little pricey but super cute location. I liked the little shops nearby. The bubble tea tasted good. They also have an area where you can sit and play games and chat. I had the brown sugar tea with boba and less sugar and ice. It was perfect and it was a rather tall serving. The prices felt a little high but since the drink lasted so long it was worth it.

I wanted boba because, why not? This was actually quite a ways away from where I was staying. I was at the Sheraton near the airport. But I had to get my boba fix especially at a place like this where everything looked yummy! I get there and I'm that customer that always ask the employees what's the fan favorite. So they suggested the dirty boba. I wanted the oreo cheese foam boba but since I told her I wanted to try the oreo cheese cake I didn't want to do an overload of it. Then she tells me it's buy one get one. Omg, what do I do with all this boba? But of course I got it, hehe. I sat down to wait for my order. It's spacious, has many seats to sit down with friends or by yourself. A lot of students were here studying too on a Friday night. It wasn't too busy but there were a couple people ahead of me and even when I was done ordering there were still people coming in and out. I got my dirty boba and I'm glad I got it. Since I wouldn't be near a Feng Cha in awhile I'm glad I got to taste this brown sugar milk with the cheese foam! I also ordered the Strawberry overload which I ended up drinking the next day! Then the oreo cheese cake. Oh my, so yummy! I devoured it and enjoyed it all to myself! The cheese and oreo is a combination I enjoy in boba form or in cake form. I also like that the oreo was fresh and still crisp. I was completely full after this experience. I will definitely go back when I get a chance to come back!

OH. EMMM. GEEE!!!!!! THIS PLACE IS A MUST TRY!!!! THE CREME BRULEE!!!!!! THAT IS THE ONE TO GET. It was sweet, salty, and creamy. The trifecta in my opinion when it comes to sweets! This was a place I happen to stumble upon because we went to a brunch spot across the street. My nieces love boba tea and so they wanted to go here. Im not a boba tea super fan, meaning it would not be my first choice for dessert. I like boba, but i LOVE THIS BOBA!!!! YALLL NEEED TO TRY THIS PLACE! Finally got to try this place after hearing good things and I'm glad I did. Located in the nice little shopping center with Sweet Firefly and Pearl Cup, Feng Cha is a nice addition. I ordered the kiwi basil tea from their fruit tea options, not super cheap at $4 for a small but they use real fruit so I think it's worth it. I ordered 70% sugar and it was just about right if you don't like drinks that sweet. The fruit drink definitely had the more natural less sugared up feel so I think more health conscious people will appreciate. I'll probably try the grapefruit one next time :) There's a good variety of long tables for work or casual lounge seats to hangout and play games at. I came to study and was able to focus just fine, plus there was a power strip on the table so plugs are no issue. They also offer student discount so make sure you mention it if you're a student. And major props for offering *paper straws*, I was pleasantly surprised when asked. Feng Cha is worth the visit if you're tryna get away from the normal chains that are popping up everywhere. They also have an Amazon locker inside which is random but cool I guess lol.

This place has the best boba tea that I've ever had. I got the brown sugar with boba. The pearls are made just right: not too soft and not too hard It has this foam on top that is sweet and buttery. So good! I love the vibe inside as well. It's chill. A good place to just hang out and talk. After going here I've compared every boba shop I've been to since visiting to this place. None compare.

So I finally got around to reviewing Barbie's all time fave Boba in DFW (and one of my top 5 for sure), and lo and behold, there's now another Feng Cha in the Dalitos area! In Arlington of all places. So why, pray tell, does DFW get two of these, when Houston only has one, which is a stall in a Mall full of issues and muchos problemas!? The NYC location is great too. Why does Dallas have twice as many as NYC?! Well, good for Dallas, but let me say, Houston and NYC are rightly jealitos! They keep the place pretty clean. I guess the employees are not afraid of the odd Feng Chore. If you want to dance with the Stars, you can do the Feng Cha Cha. And if you write on their blackboard, use the Feng Chalk. We're big fans of the Feng Cha franchise. Barbie likes it a little more than I do, it might be her fave franchise after Tea Top. All locations have some of the friendliest service and best decor of the major chains. High-class, cozy, very feng shui, and reminds me of Tea House Formosa in Atlanta in some ways. Which you probably haven't been to so why did I name drop it just now #NameDrop #Why #Did-I. Actually I think that's exactly why they're called Feng Cha now that I think about it. Because their place looks very Feng Shui! And I wouldn't sit on the floor if I were you. Just plop yourself in a comfy Feng Chair. Or kill all the customers with a gun (all guns should be outlawed), and you'll get the Feng Electric Chair. The products are very good and one thing I really like about them is that they are willing to Taylor them to exactly what you want. Actually I meant to say Tailor, but my voice dictation apparently loves rich suburban princesses (but then so do I). And Calvin Harris, well he got Taylored in a way that he didn't want. So whereas some places refuse to put their brown sugar milk in the form of a milk tea, these guys do. And they'll add more and more brown sugar until it's exactly how you want it. Now that's what I call servicing a customer (which is what Barbie's clients all said). Granted, the most recent time they did not add nearly enough brown sugar to it, so I could hardly taste the brown sugar element - but it was still tasty, and they did a couple of re-dos for me which was appreciated, and appreci-9-ed too. And if you come in dressed like a Dallas Cowboys girl, fake tan and fake hair and fake body parts on show, then other than Barbie thinking you're a mirror and me asking you out, you'll be able to Feng Cheer. Barbie adores her fruit drinks from here as well. Real Lemons in the Lemon Black Tea. Less sweet than Sharetea, more real than Kung Fu Tea. Has a subtle and delicious flavour. Excellent. And if you spill the sticky teas all over you (or anything else sticky, for example if Barbie is here when you come in, so to speak), you'll need to Feng Shower. This Dallas location is definitely a little better than the one in Manhattan that I've tried - which I also really like. Both places have great service. However the third location I've been to - which also has great service - was massively below standards when it came to the products and that is sadly the one in my new sort-of temp-hometown of Houston Texas - specifically in the mall in Katy. Perhaps it's because it's in the mall that they can't meet the standards of this amazing location with plenty of varied seating and a beautiful cuddly bear on the way in. However the new Arlington location, according to the internet, has 2 bears. That's almost too much 2 bear. And if you desperately need a filling for your taco, I can whip out my Feng Chorizo. The girls working here are really nice and cute and they definitely are accommodating, able to fix things up however you want them. And Barbie can fix herself up however you want her, but only if you're very rich, and as generous as you are rich. If you liked this review, please send me a Feng request. I randomly came into this tea house while my visit in Dallas and got surprised with its drink and dessert. I loved my citrus lord. It was fresh and tasty. I also packed their milk cow cake to go. IT WAS SO ADORABLE!!! I just can't help to love it. Taste was good too. Highly recommended!! read more

Haha I'm giving away 5-star review not for the 20% discount. I'm always happy and thrilled when found an authentic, tasty bubble tea shop. This place is a gem! It's my first time here so it was a bit hard to find, but we found this plaza super cozy. The owner was nice enough to give me two cream samples to try. I eventually went with the sea salt cream top, but the cheese one is definitely creamer (too heavy for me at the moment as I just finished dinner). Rose Oolong, no ice, no sugar, perfect balance. Finally came back to this place on a Wednesday evening. I ordered my two favorite drinks as usual: whole lemon black tea and cheese milk foam jasmine green tea.I'm so happy that they did changed the cup for the whole lemon black tea drink. Yay no more spilling!!!! However, even though the cashier told me it might be a little long for the drinks to come out but 20 minutes from 8:32pm to 8:53pm for 2 drinks? I didn't expect it to be that long tbh. Anyway, the taste of the whole lemon black tea is better than the last time I drank it, but still missing something in my opinion. The first time I ever had it was still the best. Cheese milk foam jasmine tea is also different from what I remembered. It doesn't taste sour at all this time and either the clump of cheese like last time. Maybe they changed the recipe!? Overall, the only thing I wish they could improve it that to speed up the making drink process :) read more

Good servings in cute cups!! Never had a problem with the service, except on busy days sometimes you have to wait a bit. They're not afraid of trying new things, and will offer free samples (I.e. baked goods, new foam). Pricing is great because it's either the same or a bit less compared to other boba chains. Come for refreshments! read more

Recently I think the taste of the milk foam has gone too much towards a sweet vanilla pudding, except maybe for the cream cheese foam. However, I still really love this place for their tea! Rose and Jasmine and so many delicious REAL teas! There's a very calming energy here even when it's a bit busy. read more

Oh Fengcha till this day, even with the constant influx of boba shops popping up this remains one of my all time favorite boba shops. The ambiance is cute and cozy perfect to study or have a conversation. Their cheese foam is honestly unbeatable, I recommend pairing it with the osmantus tea. The environment here is great for study! It's not too loud, and very cute decorations. Their black milk tea tastes great, and they're doing 30% less sugar than other places. So I love it a lot. They use tea bags for flavor teas so it's really cool. The cups are reusable. Overall I like this place a lot. I like their boba, it's chewy and not soggy or soft like other places. I love the staffs here. They're very friendly and sweet. They gave my friend a cheesecake cause she comes here all the time. I highly recommended this place. read more

I came in on a slower day and service was much better. The owner apologized and explained what happened the last time and I guess they had someone call in which set them back for the sudden rush. Today I had an earl grey with sea salt foam and I really liked it. I also sampled their different milk foams and think they are all unique, all are good and it will be fun finding the best combinations. I would say order with regular ice because they don't overfill your cup with ice like a lot of places, instead I think they shake the hot tea with ice and the balance comes out well. I still think the service could be faster but hopefully that comes with time since this is still a fairly new location. read more

I went to Feng Cha more than 10 times. I really like milk tea~ I would recommend Green milk foam/Taro milk foam with Oolong tea or Four season spring tea. Cream Brulee is my favorite～ I will Feng Cha when I leave Richardson. read more

Love this hidden gem! My absolute favorite is their fresh lemon black tea. All the drinks looks delicious but I can never order anything different since I know a delicious & refreshing drink awaits me with my usual. They also have pastries that are not advertised so make sure to ask because they are absolutely delicious. I try to visit Feng Cha at least once a week since I live far but every visit is totally worth it! read more

Great milk foam, best in town. Nice customer service. The cheese milk foam here are really good, better than kung fu tea and 85. I really like design inside. Have pretty big place for a party. The place is quite hard to place, may need to take time to find it. There is a lot of options to choose. The matcha milk foam and the cheese milk foam is new to me and I really like it. It would be great if they can have more boardgames to choose. The service is nice. People are friendly. We came in at around 9:45PM so it was pretty quiet. read more

This a follow-up review of the previous 2-star review. It is changed to 3 star considering the owner came to resolve the issues. He offered a refund of my drink and clear up the store policy as "1 student ID 1 discounted drink ". I got was the Feng Cha black milk tea, which was water down; however, the boba was great. The place is spacious and quiet unlike other milk tea places. read more

Been going to this place since it first opened and I'm always here! I've gotten a few of my friends addicted to the milk foam teas here. I love studying here, since it's pretty quiet (unless peak hours, of course) and it's perfect for hanging out with a group of friends. The staff and owner remember me and always make sure to give me a warm welcome. It's also a short drive from UTD; make sure to show your UTD ID for a nice discount! I definitely recommend getting the jasmine green tea with matcha milk foam. read more

Feng Cha stands out among the many other boba places because of its quality of tea. This location is a little out of the way of most asian establishments but well worth the detour. I've tried three different brewed teas from Feng Cha - osmanthus oolong, oolong, and jasmine green tea and they were all delicious and strong. Feng Cha is also known for their foams and unlike other places that only offer sea salt or original foam, Feng Cha has uniquely flavored foams like taro, matcha, and cheese. I have only tried the matcha foam and it was so creamy with a strong matcha taste that paired well with every tea flavor I've tried. The cup design at Feng Cha is super cute and also super sturdy so you can reuse it at home! This location also offers desserts! I tried the matcha cake which is sponge cake topped with their delicious matcha foam - simple yet delicious! Meet the Manager: Yan C.

Yan is one of the main people who started the idea of bringing Feng Cha Teahouse to the United States and to Richardson. She loves boba tea greatly and tried most of the boba places worldwide. Most boba tea shop uses not very healthy ingredients to make drinks, and she had always wanted to bring the change to the industry, and here we go, Feng Cha's brand concept and mission matched to what she'd always thinking. Her goal is to promote healthier tea beverage drinking and fun and tasty desserts to more communities, adding more choices to customers' selections.

She had some attitude and said she will just go ahead and give it to me. Gee thanks.. Now for the drinks.. my wintermelon milk tea was nothing special, I wasn't impressed but it wasn't awful. In regards to the tiger sugar milk tea... I'm not sure what gave it this earthy/bitter taste but it was straight gross. My son and I tried to drink it but couldn't get past the flavor being so weird so I ended up throwing pretty much the full cup away. Between the taste of the teas and the employee's attitude.. I wouldn't return or recommend.

I ordered with the Yelp check-in offer for 10% off, but not only did the employees seem unfamiliar with this, they also had me wait while they called the owner over the phone for several minutes and at one point took my phone in order to facetime my screen to him. I ordered a wintermelon milk tea, which was classified under the "tea" part of the menu and not the "milk" (non-tea) part of the menu. I ordered for the lowest level of sweetness. However, when I got the drink, it looked and tasted like straight milk. I asked the employees, who said that 1) the wintermelon milk tea is actually just milk, not tea (despite listing it under the tea-based drinks) and that since their sweetener is based on syrups, they ended up using less syrup for mine, hence why I ended up with a cup of milk. I'm grateful for the staff who went to lengths to figure out the coupon and also offered to replace the drink with a regular boba milk tea, but there certainly seem to he some irregularities and inconsistencies to this store's operation that could be improved upon.

The worst part is that the ice cream is nowhere near as good! The original Arabic ice cream's level of rose water was off and the ice cream's stretchiness felt less organically created. The pistachio was OK. Our daughter got this crazy container of small individual frozen fruit shapes that were covered in chocolate. Those felt cute and special and we liked them all except for the grape. Again, we're happy for Bigdash's success. They deserve it. But we will not be back again because what we loved so much about this place is no longer. Tis the American way, alas! Three stars and sincere best wishes to them.

Initial reaction: Ughhhh another boba place After a Matcha Cheese Milk Tea: What witchcraftery is this! This is so darn delicious. How could it be? That said, I just found my new hub. The space is quite relaxing, perfect for studying. Their drinks are so big, it can really keep you going. I see a lot of people buying their dessert drinks because the fruits look extremely fresh.
