There were features in the home no one could see until Laurie and Trinity designed around them. After spending $2k on design services she A) wasted time recommending finishes that completely disregarded the project budget. Then B) after recommend wallpaper that was no longer available she took more (paid) time to choose another option. When I said I wasn't sure I liked it, rather than help me with additional options she sent me the name of a wallpaper wholesale company to go pick my own! Then C) she sent me an invoice via email that went to my spam folder. Then with NO phone call or email follow up to be sure I got it sent my acct a collection agency AFTER I had found and paid the invoice in my spam folder! As a business owner myself I cannot fathom the lack of customer care and service I've received and am honestly still shocked that someone would treat a client so carelessly.

The prices aren't marked up a little. They're marked up a ton. And let's say for example they…read moremeasured a room three times for a carpet and then they put down the carpet and it didn't fit the space. Not even close. Their solution: for an exorbitant fee we can cut that carpet to fit. Design decisions were forgotten or completely ignored. Then product was delivered, again at a completely outrageous price, that really was not close to the original product ordered. The solution: pay a ton more to modify it the way you wanted it to be originally. My advice: stay away.
