The feedback we received from agents and buyers was excellent- with most saying the home was lovely and well-cared for. They were able to transform our empty home into a place people could envision as their own, using neutral colors and mixing and matching interesting textures. Their price was manageable and our home sold in 2 weeks, multiple offers, cash and above asking! Definitely recommend Trove!

Trinity and Laurie have the uncanny ability to transform any room in to a sacred space. You feel like you're walking into a rich story and you will absolutely fall in love with the space. Using any room as their canvas, they create art using sumptuous textures, keen design, intriguing but not overstated pieces, colors that enhance the space. The most recent home I shot before Trove staged it, and then after Trove. The transformation was breathtaking. There were features in the home no one could see until Laurie and Trinity designed around them. If I were listing my home, I wouldn't think twice about investing in these two talented, amenable, gracious, home magicians. They will style your space so everyone will fall in love with it. There is a reason Troves staged homes do not stay on the market for long. People fall in love with those lovely retreat spaces. Highly recommended!

I am beyond disappointed and disgusted. I hired Ready set show to stage two of my flips. One was a…read more$950k sales price, They staged it extremely mediocre and charged us premium prices. We went with it because it was last minute and we didn't know they type of furniture they were going to bring because they requested payment upfront. When they brought it, it was ok but for an almost million dollar home, not what it should have been. They put a junior size bed in our master bedroom which was one of the selling points of the home. We asked them for formal living room furniture, and they brought us two cheap cushion chairs and a coffee table. The room is extremely empty. Regardless, We let that go and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Next Came house number two. Karen came in and talked a big game. I told her that it is of the upmost importance that this house gets staged by Tuesday as I had an inspection with my investors to show them a market ready home. She promised me that she will do it. AGAIN requested payment upfront. So... I paid her. Tuesday came and went, she didn't show up. Said she was "sick". She completely made me look like a fool infront of my investors (who mind you were going to fund another deal that was to close that Friday). Well my investors pulled out of the other deal and I lost a $10k hard earnest. She once again swore up and down that she will stage the next day (Wednesday) to have the house ready for photos and video (which cost $750) that same afternoon. Well.... Surprise surprise... Wednesday came and went and she didn't show up AGAIN. Finally I had enough, I terminated our agreement and requested a refund. Now she is not answering calls or texts about my refund and giving me the run around. I had to call her from my fiancés phone pretending to be a new client and she called her phone back in 2 minutes. I confronted her, and she starts giggling and said she will refund the Money same day. WELL... you guessed it. NOTHING... do yourself a favor and stay FAR away from this company. my attorney will be contacting them with a notice and if not paid we will pursue legal action for FRAUD AND THEAFT... in the state of Colorado that is a minimum 3x the said amount.

The patio furniture was old, worn, and sun-faded, which detracted from the home's appearance, and my request for a refund on that portion was denied. The indoor furniture was also very taste-specific and not what we felt would appeal to our target buyers. Communication could have been stronger, as removal timing was unclear, and I was surprised to have to vacuum and clean up after both the installation and removal. Overall, I was disappointed by the furniture choices, lack of collaboration, and the feeling that we had little input despite making a significant investment in the service. Response *We had countless vendors involved in preparing the home for sale, so the staging was just one part of a much larger process. The home was also located in a highly desirable neighborhood that is difficult to get into and features protected mountain views, so we already anticipated strong buyer interest and a relatively quick sale. While we did receive positive feedback on the home itself, that feedback was not specifically related to the staging. In fact, we also received some negative comments regarding the staging, as the furniture selections felt very specific in style and not broadly appealing. We were also expecting an initial consultation meeting, but instead only an assistant came to take photos and measurements, and left. There was no discussion of the staging plan, furniture selections, or overall vision, so both my realtor and I both came for nothing, really. Because the home sold within two days, I did not fully realize how worn and old the patio furniture was in time to act, but given that I had no input into the furniture that was brought in, I felt it was reasonable to request an adjustment for that portion of the staging alone since I had specifically requested it and didn't realize that any staging company would use furniture that looked so rough. Had I known what would be used, I would have just used my own patio set. My disappointment is not personally, but more with the process itself. For the cost involved, I had hoped for at least some opportunity to provide input or have concerns addressed fairly, but it all seemed. very lop-sided. Ultimately, it was an expensive service that did not feel collaborative, when it is still our home, so it is not a process I would not choose to repeat with this company.

Although I needed to reschedule the staging of the townhome that I was selling several times, Jennie remained positive and flexible. The home that I was selling looked great and went under contract in two days.
