Never more and will advise anybody don't have any deal with "Fenland landscapers". Sam is unable to deliver what he promises. Job was started in Oct 2014 and not finished until May 2015. I am totally disappointed by permanent calling him and reminding to finish job which he started and promised to finish. It was impossible to get him back to the site. And he is not just dishonest man which is not able to complete job timely manner. Big gaps in planning and organising. They worked hardly 3-4 hours nearly every day, always late and finish early for different reasons. Most of all because of run out materials (is it possible to calculate quantity before starting project?) or "not too much left - tomorrow finish" or bad weather and so on. They don't have enough skills in building patios and not accurate. They can not finish edges, curves, lines, etc which is well known tricky part of any job. This is biggest issue for Sam and his guys which are not fit enough for proper landscaping and rather for garden clearance.
Avoid unexpected headaches - don't hire Fenland Landscapers. Do you want to live in mess during months? Listen different rubbish about changing terms? DO NOT USE Fenland Landscapers if you value your time, money, sanity. Very disappointing with their incompetence since there were such great reviews on here.
I will sent a letter to The Association of Professional Landscapers to review this people and standards of their work. read more
