One thing I love is the teachers are committed to their Tadpole system which is an app that gives me a recap each day of what she is learning, how long she napped, how we are doing with potty training and BMs, and what she ate that day. It is so helpful in many ways. I know many schools have the ability, but may not always enter the information consistently. Goddard Fenton does an awesome job! These kids are challenged, held to high standards, and lovingly mentored by the staff as well as students in the upper grades. The kids get the benefit of a beautiful, spacious facility with windows in every room and a gorgeous sanctuary in which to have chapel every week. Starting as early as Kindergarten, they get to take Spanish, music, art, PE and library. For the upper grades and middle school there is an abundance of exploratory classes, a computer lab, supervised social activities, a worship band and a low student: teacher ratio to enrich learning and relationships. Compared to other similar schools in the area, it's also an outstanding value for your money. We've been very happy with our children's experience at TOCS and I would encourage anyone looking for Christian education to call or visit!

We get to sing and move and groove to the music as we explore the beat with streamers, scarves, bells, drums, etc. We even use some early orff instruments. We offer and believe in the benefits and many gifts of music. Educationally, the Lab School provides a wonderful learning environment. There is an atmosphere of caring love and energy. They believe in the unique worth of each child while also teaching respect for others and encouraging social development. The children are happy. It is play-based learning -constructivism. No worksheets or rote learning or color-by-number. I'm always impressed by the wonderful staff and the families who care enough to choose to come to this school. The longevity of the teachers and the fact that some families are 3rd generation Lab School attendees speaks volumes.

My grandson and grand daughter both went there. They were taken from there due to the rudeness of…read morethe staff. Constantly coming home with diaper rash as they are only changed on certain hours of the day regardless of whether they mess themselves in between. My grandson was constantly in time out for being a boy and a toddler and playing when they deemed he shouldn't be. The owner and teachers were like a drill Sargent. After speaking with one on my daughters friends that worked there for a very short period time, confirming everything that was going on as well as the kids were talked down to, they rushed the kids through their meals, only allowed water at certain times of the day. If the staff did diaper changes or went against there policy then they were in trouble. My daughters friend suggested we take them out of there for their safety. That was just her opinion, but after what all we had already experienced that was enough for us. I highly recommend you look elsewhere. I wouldn't bring a baby doll to this place. Young babies and toddlers can't tell you what they are going through and no child should be treated poorly for any reason. :( ONE STAR IS TOO MANY STARS FOR THIS PLACE.
