The fingerprinting service was separate so may have been hostility intended for their business but lost my business in the process. Told me to get out and go around back for the fingerprinting, so I walked around and went in the back which brought me to the same place and then told me to get out again and move my car! I asked if there was handicapped parking in the back to Which he said no but I still have to move my car to the handicapped spot. So this guy literally had me go take the ONLY handicapped spot when there was not a single other car in the whole parking lot just to be difficult. I'd say whatever makes his day but he was just a miserable human being. Needless to say, I did not get pricing from him for my printing needs.

After multiple times to contact Scott and discuss-he would leave the building before us arriving to show him the poor workmanship on the trailer-unwilling to have a conversation, look at the work, or revise the invoice to not include the truck to be included in the original price. Scott is SUPER unprofessional- sending emails to "Hey deadbeat-Pay your bills!" Then proceeded to take us to court for the balance!!! Definitely take your business elsewhere!
