If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I picked out some fabric to redo an old love seat that needs work but has sentimental value. I had to wait 4mos for the fabric to come in which was to be expected as it was during the pandemic. Once it came in, I brought the love seat to them. Two years and 5 months later.... They haven't touched it. They dodge our phone calls constantly. We made the 45min drive to Fergus repeatedly. Each time, they gave some BS excuse, said they would call us back in x number of days and never did. Promised deadlines came and went. The pile of junk on top of the loveseat grew every time we came in. We finally picked it up, in worse condition than we had left it, and had our deposit returned. We asked for the fabric and they told us it was buried under other fabric and they were too busy to look for it. Clearly, our business wasn't important enough for them. read more
