We were very pleased with the result: the people are extremely knowledgeable, they suggested small vents as we had chosen a leather which we later realized was a great idea, they added piping, which made the chairs look great. About a week later, I was told my chair was beyond repair. I picked it up and found a little shop called Broken Leg Furniture Repair. The owner is the repair man and he took it on. One week and $400 later the chair looked like it had never been broken. He did a masterful job. So much for John and Chris.

She asked if she could make an appointment in person, but was told she had to make an appointment by phone. She said she didn't have a phone, so she was told she had to go home to make an appointment by phone. It wasn't busy at the time and she didn't see why she couldn't make an appointment at that time. But, she was told to go home and make an appointment by phone. We won't be using Vienna Upholstery again.
