When I brought the part back the 4 letter name for Richard told me he wouldn't take the part back if it was hooked up. While I understand where he is coming from he didn't need to be such a "Richard" about it. Most places would charge a restocking fee. As that would probably cover their cost on the product that they mark up 200%. I bought a heat element for my dryer for almost $70 that I could have bought off line for about $25.
