G&H had a good selection. They were very friendly, and helpful. Their prices are competitive with Lowes and Home Depot (actually $2 cheaper, by design). Unfortunately we live pretty far out of their delivery zone, so we weren't able to purchase the KitchenAid we viewed. Still, I wanted to recommend anyone in the market to give G&H a shot.

We called G & H and they promptly sent out a repairman. Long story short, the part needed was not readily available. David at G & H called me everyday to give me an update and delivered us a brand new unit when the "old" one couldn't be repaired in a timely manner. Hands down the best customer service I have experienced in a very long time. Thank you G & H for taking the sting out of a frustrating problem. We will be back to purchase future appliances from you! failure of new bosch refrigator - length of time to repair. after 8 days-still not repaired!!…read morepurchased new bosch $2,500 refrigator on 5/9/26 it failed on 5/27/26 - i.e. lasted less than 3 weeks. scheduled repair for 6/4/26 - didn't show up 6/4/26 - still no firm scheduled date. called scheduled for repair date!!! she unawared unit still down & hung up on me. bosch told wife part not available until 6/9. why wasn't part shipped overnight (circuit board) less than lb.. at best down for 11 days. not good for vinton appliance, nor bosch!!! will probable never use vinton appliance again!!!!

We had been having issues with being able to fill up our jetted tub without running out of hot…read morewater and also taking more than 2 showers back-to-back. I was also having to drain the tank about once a year and replace the bottom element as our house did not have a softener when we moved in, so it had a lot of calcium carbonate in the bottom. I called Bob Garret Services for an estimate about a new hot water heater with a mixing valve. Never knew that a mixing valve can increase your hot water volume by over 50%. Lawrence Hancock came over, checked everything out, and gave me a quote. He was very detailed in explaining things and low-pressure (no pun intended), and obviously very intelligent. Even though the cost was a bit surprising, I decided to go for it as this was the best water heater on the market. Lawrence came over the next day with new water heater, mixing valve, and thermal expansion tank (needed for to prevent pressure buildup in closed plumbing system and protect the well pump). He got everything installed, not to mention re-plumbing a few questionable joints on my water softener, anchoring some existing copper pipes to the block wall, both at no extra charge. Here's the kicker...not only can my wife use her jacuzzi now, but we have increased water pressure AND our 2-year-old water softener is working MUCH better. I'm extremely satisfied with Bob Garrett Service, not to mention with Lawrence especially. Great job guys. One less thing to worry about now.
