Very Poor Customer Service…read more I have purchased a loveseat that would match the couch I just got from them. I had a date for it to be delivered and that day has come and went. It is now five days later and still no delivery. I have had many calls to the Loves, Park, IL store regarding this. I have gone in person three times. Its one excuse after another as to why it hasn't been delivered. I have even placed calls to their customer service. The first lady I dealt with through customer service was beyond rude. Apparently as the store is closing as a whole they don't care as long as they get your money. A person should not have to beg like a dog for something that purchased to be delivered.

We will not return and have found another business in town who helped us find exactly what we need. They understand customer service. Ferguson most certainly does not. Further, the only way anyone at this store or company would have access to my debit card information is that someone kept my card number and information from a previous, over the phone, payment. I have never signed an auto debit authorization nor given my card information to anyone at the company other than to make a one-time payment over the phone. I called the store and was cold transferred to the "manager" upon informing the initial agent of what had happened. The person I was transferred to identified himself as "Damon Peoples" and upon asking who his supervisor is, was told "James Madison" or "Addison" and was told that I could not have any contact information for this person. Additionally, I was given completely false information when I requested the corporate number. I was told to call "1.800.buddys" which obviously, doesn't have a sufficient number of digits to be a valid number. I googled the corporate number and found the only number of 855.298.9325 but one only has the option to leave a message. I left a detailed message and even dialed by the directory for the Regional Director to which I left an additional message and have yet to receive a return call. I attempted to submit a complaint to the contact email address provided on the Buddy's website of nslatton@buddyrents.com, but my message was returned "undeliverable" due to an invalid email address. Finally, I submitted all of this information to the Houston Better Business Bureau for investigation for at this time, I have been given completely incorrect information by both the supposed manager and store website - my debit card information being stored without authorization and a charge attempt that was not authorized. My contract is on a "90/day, same as cash" arrangement and have, since January, paid more than $1200.00 for a desk, gaming chair and gaming laptop for our son. I certainly would not and will not recommend this company nor store (1060) to do business with and am considering further legal action for maintaining my personal banking information and subsequent, attempted - unauthorized charge. A rep was supposed to come to my house to take a pic of this raggedy sofa that is falling apart and she told me she drove past my home five times before parking in my driveway and leaving. She saw both my cars in the driveway with curtains open but chose to leave instead of come to the door. F. thought he was billy BA and hopped on the phone asking me to not yell at his employee when I'm fact I didn't yell but asked a valid question which was, " does it make any sense to you to come in my driveway and not come to the door because I didn't answer the phone". Since she herself probably thought it was dumb as well, she chose to hand me off to F. who was obviously already bothered about his day. I will make a review everywhere I can regarding this tactless establishment.

When I brought the part back the 4 letter name for Richard told me he wouldn't take the part back if it was hooked up. While I understand where he is coming from he didn't need to be such a "Richard" about it. Most places would charge a restocking fee. As that would probably cover their cost on the product that they mark up 200%. I bought a heat element for my dryer for almost $70 that I could have bought off line for about $25. I wouldn't send anyone here.
