The owner doesn't communicate with Alan and his attention to detail is lacking. They will bill you for work they didn't do and charge you for items they didn't install. They will change the estimate after it's been signed and change the price on things to increase their profit. Again, the attention to detail on billing and estimate is very very poor which makes you wonder is their attention to detail with installation is just as poor. I'd give them a zero rating!

The Toquerville water meter app informed us that we had a small water leak somewhere. Our search…read morefor the leak revealed that there was standing water around the drip irrigation pipes next to the driveway. Last year I bumped the fake rock that covers those pipes, causing a water leak emergency that Randy from Sprinkler Master handled quickly and for a reasonable price. When I called Sprinkler Master, I explained the situation to Naomi and she quickly got us on the repair schedule. She was friendly and personable, and put my mind at ease, which is no easy feat. Terrell came out and dug up the area around those pipes and located the source of the leak. He went to work, ultimately outsmarting those tricky connections and solved the problem. He replaced the dirt, cleaned up the work site, and did it all with a friendly, helpful attitude and pride in his work. Even better, he informed me that this was a warranty repair so there was no charge. At a time in life when so many things seem to be going wrong and money is tight, this company, the employees, and their work ethic is a huge blessing.
