Had a bathtub installed this Spring in the Master Bathroom. They began the job in a reasonable amount of time, but then there were repeated delays. Always seemed to be a good reason: need to schedule the plumber, need to have the cement dry, etc. But these reasonable delays added months before the job was completed. Then, there was a rush to finish the job; rather than level the floor with quick-dry cement, they put in a few of the unused floor planks. The floor is soft there but the tub hides the problem. But the very disappointing thing is their attempts now to collect $800 above their bid quote. Repeated attempts -- telephone and emails -- have not resulted in any response. Telephone calls go to voicemail--no response to emails. I'm waiting for an explanation for the overcharge before I make payment. read more

I was looking forward to my bathroom remodel for quite some time. My experience with Canyon Kitchen & Bath was terrible. The men that came over to do the work on the remodel were classless and used foul language in front of me and family members in my home. A year and a half later, my shower is leaking and causing mold problems, and I've had to pay another company to fix Canyon's mistakes. If I had to do it over, I'd hire one of the many other remodel companies in St. George with better reputations than Canyon Kitchen & Bath. read more

I have worked with Bryce and Chris and they are both very professional. We hired Canyon for our bathroom showers, counter tops, and mirrors in our new home. Kara in the showroom helped me pick the cultured marble for the guest bath shower and also with the glass doors. In the master we chose tile and their tile guys are great. They were clean, fast and it looks beautiful!! I couldn't be happier and definitely would recommend them. read more

Worse remodeling business. They hired people from the gutter. The tile guy that did some work in my house was on drugs every morning he came asked me to use the bather rom and pretty doom I smell something funny I asked the owner to send me someone else which he did. He was not much better than the first one he was old and wait at least 250 pound very clampsy. He brook a whole bunch is suveniers from other countries on his way to the bathroom. The owner say he will pay me fir them but that was not going to replace them because they were from Italy, japan. South America etc. The owner assured me that he can do the work and that his workers were people with a lot of experience. That was a lie. DONT EVER GET THEM UF YOU DONT WANT TO HAVE A HEACHE with the workers and OWNER of the business. read more

warranty for one year shower leaked out wall after two years. i will just sell house as is and let new owners deal with it.

i hired canyon kitchen and bath to remodeled my small bathroom. craig came to my home to see what needed to be done and give me a bit. i asked him if this was something that they can do. he said "yes". he said they have a good crew, that do this kind of work all the time and that he also stop every day to check things. craig seems credible, so i gave canyon kitchen and bath the job. to make a long story short. they hired cheap, umprofesional people. the plumer was rude and careless banging into things as he walked thru my house. the two guys they sent to do the tile work were on drugs. they were taking street drugs in my home. one of them hit a shelf of italian collection i had and broke everything into pieces. i report this to craig and he sent someone else that was as bad as the first one. one of the guys was very old and had a hard time to go up and down my stairs. i missed work to watch them and my home. i couldn't trust them base on what i saw. craig never came as he said he would, i had to call him. craig is a smooth talker but watch out for him. his ability to measure things are horrible. he has to undo things because of his measurenent mistakes. when the bathroom was done canyon kitchen and bath hired boardwalk cabinets to do my cabinets. they also came to measured the cabinets and when they brought them they were too small, to deep and wrong shape. they have to take it back to redo them. brought them back again and one of them was still off. they didn't want to redo it. i told them that the way it was was not acceptable. they called the owner of canyon kitchen and bath and he suggested that one way to fix it would be to redo the sealing on that area to fit the cabinet. imagene that? i told chris the owner of canyon kitchen and bath that that solution was unacceptable and they told me that they were not going to redue it again. i told chris and boardwalk that if they were not able to do the job i was going to find my own cabenitry company. i wouldn't recomend canyon kitchen and bath for any remodeling, they hired cheap labor but they charge like good work. thet get half of the money at front and the other half at the completion of the work. craig us a disaster, the people he hired are incompetent, they are all on drugs. they took 5 months to do one small bathroom. they never came when they said they would or call me to letting me know. they over charged, and they are sloppy. don't recommend them at all. read more

Greg was very friendly, helpful and considerate. I thought the estimate was quite fair. He worked with us to schedule the job for the least inconvenience to us. The tile and grout guy was thorough and did excellent work. However, the installers of the glass shower enclosure did not do a professional job, leaving poor mitered joints on the chrome trim and a 3/8" gap where the trim was supposed to reach the back wall. They filled the gap with silicone and it doesn't leak but looks poor and could cause problems in the future. They were definitely not craftsmen. read more

Chris did a great job on my hall bathroom. I literally live 8 hours from my condo and Chris and his crew sent pictures daily of the progress like I was there at the condo. Canyon Kitchen and bath was fantastic! Trying to get by bathroom re-done due to a constant leak, and corrosion, was a nightmare. I set up times for handyman, after handyman, plumber, etc to come give me quotes, they wouldn't show, after I waited all day, or would quote a ridiculous price, we couldn't afford. We decided to try and do it ourselves. Even doing that, renting the equipment needed to do the job was going to be expensive, not to mention tedious and time consuming. Then I saw Canyon Kitchen and Bath at the Home and Garden Expo. They set up an immediate appoint with me. They actually showed up on time and quoted me less than half of the other guys!! They worked with me one-on-one to determine what was the best fit for my bathroom and what i wanted. When I bought some of my own materials for the job, they even used them, instead of forcing me to purchase through them, and they took the price of those items off the quote. Service was prompt. I think they had the bathroom done within a day. We had had some mold problems, so once they pulled the tub and wall out, they actually let it dry out over the weekend. Then they came back when they said they would and competed the bathroom remodel itself in a day! ! Service was excellent, quality of work and materials phenomenal, and the price unbeatable! !
