The store fits the mold you would expect from a BB - clean, well lit, well staffed, well stocked and shoppable. No complaints here at all. As for the saddle-valve for the icemaker, it turns out the upper half (business end) of the shutoff stem was lodged in the pipe hole, preventing my hand-held drill bit from entering the hole !!! We ordered 7 new appliances from them more then 6 months ahead of time so they would have plenty of…read moretime to order everything. Of the 7, one didn't work at all -- took two weeks to get it replaced. There was a feature I told them very specifically I did NOT want -- it was there. The stove was not what I ordered, but since they had nothing at their store that I wanted, they refused to do anything about it. One item did not have a handle, one item had not been leveled. When my son-in-law tried to level it, he discovered there was a back wheel missing. That was a month ago -- still no back wheel. Unfortunately, it is about the only place to order appliances in this town. Maybe that's why they don't seem to care if their customers are satisfied.
