It arrived damaged - the oven door never shut properly and grew progressively worse over time. There were many other issues. Some were safety related like spontaneous fireballs when the oven fan would blow out the flame on either of the back burners while propane continued to spew out. So we could not sell it even as damaged in good conscience. When we tried to contact Ferguson to seek guidance in the very beginning they immediately ghosted us and did not return a single phone call or email. We later found out that Viking's alleged two-year warranty does not apply if you live in a rural area so that was that and we eventually just had it hauled to the dump. Ferguson could have helped us but chose not to. My recommendation is to choose anyone but them.

We had to ask her to remove it, so we could discuss financing, and her whole personality swapped the second we brought it up. The guy next to her was VERY nice and understanding but the second we mentioned financing the woman kind of just stared at us. The nice facade disappeared. We were denied financing. She proceeded to try to pressure us to just straight up buy it. We're new home owners trying to make finances stretch... that wasnt happening, not for 2k. So we told her we'd be back another day after running numbers. The man at the desk was super friendly said it wasnt a problem but the woman, kind of just sat there and glared at us. Not a great experience. Not to mention the prices are insane. They had stools by the front door for over $300... we wont be returning. Home depot is cheaper AND has nicer employees.

The chairs came and the back frame on both weee bent so the fabric slacked. We were able to fix those. We decided we needed another chair so we went back and purchased one more Bassett chair. It arrived after about 8 weeks. It had a hole in the back which could not be easily repaired, that delivery was March 15th. The delivery guys took pictures as did we and sent them to our sales person. We have called the store (Phoenix) and gone by and have been told it was shipped. After a month we went again. This time we were told, it was just going into production; it's been 3 months since the damaged chair was delivered and reported immediately. We are told, the salesperson will step in and a week goes by without a follow up call to us. We have to constantly reach out. It's poor customer service, poor quality and high prices. Very disappointing experience.

A Lowe's employee let me take a screen shot that verified what I've tried to prove to Synchrony and I've included it in my correspondence, I've disputed the unpaid balance three times, but the documented attempts have gotten me nowhere. I'm 82 and never carry a balance, always pay in full when the bill comes in. Now I'm being hounded and my credit rating is taking a huge hit.

So nice to work with a repair person who isn't grouchy or touchy when you ask questions.
