It arrived damaged - the oven door never shut properly and grew progressively worse over time. There were many other issues. Some were safety related like spontaneous fireballs when the oven fan would blow out the flame on either of the back burners while propane continued to spew out. So we could not sell it even as damaged in good conscience. When we tried to contact Ferguson to seek guidance in the very beginning they immediately ghosted us and did not return a single phone call or email. We later found out that Viking's alleged two-year warranty does not apply if you live in a rural area so that was that and we eventually just had it hauled to the dump. Ferguson could have helped us but chose not to. My recommendation is to choose anyone but them.

Prior to purchase I talked to James regarding upstairs location and limited space in the closet. I provided the measurements and pictures of the area. I was assured that this tower unit would fit and that their delivery personal would be able to install it. The day of delivery I had cleared all furniture in the path as requested. I talked to the delivery personal about being careful with flooring on the stairs. The 3 delivery people showed not respect to my home. Their carelessness resulted in 4 of the stairs bullnose molding being deeply gouged and will have to be replaced. Once the unit was in the closet the door would not close. Their solution was to push it back crushing the venting tube. When I suggested that if it was moved a few inches to the left, they said that it would not work and would not even try. When they left, I was told that someone would be calling me regarding the damage, I have not received a call. One of the delivery personal stated "We have people that come fix this stuff", so I guess this is a common problem for them.

The chairs came and the back frame on both weee bent so the fabric slacked. We were able to fix those. We decided we needed another chair so we went back and purchased one more Bassett chair. It arrived after about 8 weeks. It had a hole in the back which could not be easily repaired, that delivery was March 15th. The delivery guys took pictures as did we and sent them to our sales person. We have called the store (Phoenix) and gone by and have been told it was shipped. After a month we went again. This time we were told, it was just going into production; it's been 3 months since the damaged chair was delivered and reported immediately. We are told, the salesperson will step in and a week goes by without a follow up call to us. We have to constantly reach out. It's poor customer service, poor quality and high prices. Very disappointing experience.
