Instead of asking if wed like to finance, she IMMEDIATELY swiped my husbands card. We had to ask her to remove it, so we could discuss financing, and her whole personality swapped the second we brought it up. The guy next to her was VERY nice and understanding but the second we mentioned financing the woman kind of just stared at us. The nice facade disappeared. We were denied financing. She proceeded to try to pressure us to just straight up buy it. We're new home owners trying to make finances stretch... that wasnt happening, not for 2k. So we told her we'd be back another day after running numbers. The man at the desk was super friendly said it wasnt a problem but the woman, kind of just sat there and glared at us. Not a great experience. Not to mention the prices are insane. They had stools by the front door for over $300... we wont be returning. Home depot is cheaper AND has nicer employees.

Garrison's service department came out and assessed the situation and orderd the parts from overseas. It took quite a while, which was expeted. Once the parts came back, James and Joe from the service deapartment came to my house, disassembled the chair took it back to their shop and returned it in a few hours. When I was informed that it was available for pickup at Customer Service the clerk was unable to find the location of the item. I proceeded to sit back and wait patiently while she looked for the item. About 45 minutes later she finally came back to tell me that she hadn't found it yet! I was appalled that she didn't come back earlier to tell me that the wait would be this long! Eventually she found the item, 'in a place where it wasn't supposed to be' she said.... This happened at about 5 PM yesterday and I observed that customer service was practically abandoned at that time with only one lady who continued to talk on the phone looking away from me 'cuz she knew I'd be an upset customer if she acknowledged me.
