You literally wasted my entire weekend and rudely failed to communicate with me about any of it, the least you could do is get the delivery done next day. She tells me no one delivers on Sundays but she would call me Monday to let me know if she would be able to make any advanced delivery or issue a discount for the trouble. She never called. I called Tuesday and asked what's up, she says I had you for Thursday. I said you promised me a call and I never got it. No apology. Not even an excuse just silence. She knew she was in the wrong. She did NOTHING. I finally got my delivery yesterday and everything was as expected, except for the wasted day and the absolute lack of professionalism and concern for the customer. Once they take your money you are SOL for anything from there. This location has THE WORST customer service of any location I've ever been to. If you're reading this considering going here, DONT DO IT. There are many other options and all of them have better management. Zero stars. The furniture and the recliner? Great stuff. Great price. That stuff was great and if only I could've bought it online without having to deal with the shitshow management at this store, I'd be giving five stars for the quality and comfort of the product. It's a nice enough store but I have a few gripes…read more A lot of items are not marked with prices or incorrectly marked. Not much inventory or variety for a fairly large store. Been a couple of times and used the regular checkout because I had a cart full of stuff and the cashiers are mute. 100%. They don't speak at all. They won't respond when you speak directly to them or even tell you what your total is. One was scanning everything on the belt and putting it BACK on the belt even though I was in the bagging area waiting to bag stuff. The worst is the fact that the parking lot is often full so I had to park further away. Well guess what you can't take the carts beyond a certain point even though your right in front of the store. Wheels locked up so I had to move my car to where the cart was and load up in the middle of the roadway. It makes no sense that they put in the parking lot boundary sensors so close. I'm not talking all the way over by Whole Foods I'm talking directly opposite the entrance but closer to the street.

Because this Target took over three store unit spaces (former K-Mart, Dollar Store, and Staples), it has a wide layout. When you enter, you'll see the Starbucks to your left, self-checkout in front, and then customer service to the right. I was there to pick up cleaning supplies and a few grocery items. Aisles for groceries are found furthest to the right side of the store. The CVS pharmacy and optical center are also to the right. While there were many customers, the self-check out line wait went fast. Also, the staff member there was friendly and helpful with directing customers to open kiosks. Everyone working there was nice actually, which is a good thing to see. Parking Tip: Because the plaza is under construction, navigating the parking lot can be tricky. If you can't find parking by the store entrance, consider parking by the stores on the lower level (by Frank's Pizza, America's Best Contacts & Glasses, etc.) and just walk up. There are stairs that lead up to the Target store level.
