I simply cannot talk this place up enough. This is my go-to homebrew store. Tim and Brenda are the nicest, friendliest people you will ever meet. After I heard they were expanding the shop for beer makers (such as myself), I stopped by to have a look. Although the grain room was still in being put together, Tim was kind enough to let me use the new mill and prepare the bill for my latest batch. He helped me bag everything up on the fly and asked me for any ideas that could improve the store. So awesome. If you're a winemaker or interested in wine making, this is where you need to be. Not much into wine myself, but these folks are the grand masters. I'm so happy they expanded the store to include brewer's needs. I love not having to travel all the way downtown for ingredients. Tim and Brenda could not treat their customers and better. I bought my first kit a few months ago and brewed it there. On completion we bought another kit and some supplies to make the next batch at home. I would feel completely comfortable calling and asking questions. Today I called and asked for prices on bottles and labels and, surprisingly, will save money purchasing from them rather than online. I've never seen kids in there but I'm sure they'd be welcome (if it's legal) and would find it interesting if in that curious age. read more
