I went to Tuscany Wine Spirits and Craft at about 515pm on Thursday April 25th 2024. It was the only bad experience i ever had there. I will never return though. I want to pass this along so the owner is aware. The young gentlemen who was working the register was being extremely rude to another person in the store. It was so unprofessional as i got to the register to pay for my beer, i ended up just leaving the beer at the register and walked out. I did not say a word i was totally shocked by the unprofessional and extremely rude behavior by the cashier. I hope this cashier does not cause you to lose other customers. Time to get ready for the holiday season! I dropped by Tuscany Liquor on Friday to buy some wine. The pleasant staff took my order, and said the manager would get back to me. He called back on Tuesday, and yesterday (Wednesday!) I picked up two cases of Greek wine to drink and use as gifts. I got a lovely Mavro Daphne and a white Samos Doux in tall half litre bottles at quite a good price. Yep, I'm a fan of sweet wines. I'd recommend Tuscany for their excellent service and willingness to search out and deliver an unusual wine selection. read more

I rated this place very poorly back in 2017 (1 star) but I'm changing my review to a 4-star review because the management of this place has since changed -- and it shows. I've been back to Tuscany several times since the new management stepped in & I haven't had a bad experience since. The service is good, they have a HUGE selection of beer (not moldy!) and liquor, and the alcohol is priced competitively. read more

As I've noted many times, I'm 100% local business supporter. I do still want to get good selection and service no matter what. I am always hesitant to shop for liquor other than Costco or specialty stores because they never have the selection I want and is always just a ton of mass produced beers and such. Not this neighborhood gem! There was a large selection of champagne which made me bubbly! It's so hard to find a place that even carries good champagne let alone so many types! Their wine selection is still being established and so far looks very nice. Well organized and easy to find what I was looking for. I was sooooooo happy to see that they carry more specialized wine as well. I was not expecting them to have a Beaujolais and they did! I was so happy! Their hard liquor selections were also very good and extensive. They had selections other than just the standard brands. My husband and I are thrilled that hey had some of our favorite scotch and bourbons such as Woodford Reserve, The Balvanie, and the list goes on and on with choices of all types. The owners were so helpful and so nice! They are still getting stuff in because they opened recently but we easily found things for a wine night at home, champagne just because, scotch to go with our cigars, microbrews for camping and those canned mixed drinks for our boat outings! Something for every Occassion. They may not be quite as cheap as Costco with a few things but the convenience and selection makes it completely worth it. I was very excited for a delivery option. The website is wonky but my first order was great. I tried to order again online with two items I had ordered the time before. The website would not work and I couldn't add what I needed to my cart. So I called to see if I could order that way. The guy who answered sighed heavily at me and said he cannot do anything and I need to order online. For crying out loud, why is it so complicated!!!!!! I have always enjoyed coming in this corner spot liquor store. I found it by accident looking for a place to stay. Which is now around the corner from where I live. The staff is always friendly and very knowledgeable in any new selections you'd like to try. I also love that they provide a VIP service to be added to text messaging and discounts. Although I have not used the delivery service, it's well stated and professionally done with the vehicle they use to advertise and the safety that the members have used on the routes (which I have seen!) read more

As others have mentioned, I've also noticed that nearly every case of beer we've purchased here has been beyond the "best by" date by several months. The customer service is pretty good here, and it is conveniently located right near our house which is why we continue to go back. This place is really good. Not that I spend my life in a liquor store. LOL! But when I do need beer or wine, they always have what I want. The selection is great! Many CA microbrews that I miss so much. And if they don't have it, they order it. Also, the staff is fantastic and really kind to my service dog. They keep cookies behind the counter for her. I hope this place is frequented by many. The location is strange and perhaps not as much business traffic, but they are worth the stop in. Oh, and the prices are really good and fair. read more

I ordered from my app the other night. The app didn't give the store hours, but it let me place my order and pay for the order, so I assumed they were open. I went to the store 5 minutes later and they were closed (8:14pm). A worker signaled at me from inside the store that they were closed. I showed him my phone that I had an order. He comes outside and said they received my order right when they closed and I would need to come back the next day to pick up my order. I already paid for it, they just needed to give it to me. My husband didn't understand since we paid and the worker started cussing out my husband and said we should have known they closed at 8pm. I didn't know that and It didn't say anywhere on the app what time they closed and if they were closed it shouldn't have let me pay. The manager had my order behind the counter already and told the worker to give it to me. EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Thought I had a local liquor store that I would go to. Wednesday we stopped by and saw that we had stopped on the ONLY military discount day (5%). Great, but Hope Spirit just down the road has 10% everyday on non-sale items. No problem we both found what we wanted and then arrived at the checkout. It seems that we bothered the gentleman by wanting to checkout and use that big 5% discount. My wife bought two bottles if wine and he finally asked her if she wanted a bag for them. Duh. No we would rather they rolled around in the trunk or backseat floor until they broke. I had stopped here previously and the gentleman went out of his way to help me; guess he is off last Wednesday. Most likely won't be back as my money is good anywhere. read more
