I don't mind paying but what was the point of asking all the questions about my dog like breed weight and all that. The explanations that were given raised more questions than answers, and the lack of transparency, accountability, and compassion during such a devastating time has made this bad experience even worse. When you leave your pet somewhere, you expect and PAY FOR proper supervision, safe conditions, and immediate, honest communication if anything goes wrong. In our case, these basic expectations were not met. Losing our pet was heartbreaking. However, losing him while he was in someone else's care was even worse and something that no family should ever have to go through. PLEASE PLEASE think carefully before trusting this facility with your animals.
