These are all students so each step of the process is reviewed and "ok'd" before they can go in to the next step. Not sure if they still do, but years ago you had the option to book with a more experienced student who is almost graduating. If that's still an option, go for it - they are passionate and excited because they'll be graduating soon. Things seemed to have changed since the pandemic when everything shut down. They were slow to open back up and weren't offering cut and styling. They are again but only during the week; no more Saturday appointments. Nowadays, I come in just for the hair products. I've been using Paul Mitchell hair products since about 1985 and I still have the same hair style haha. They've changed / updated their fast drying sculpting spray a few times and I am still loyal to this product. I love to try new mousse and gels and sprays , this is my kid in a candy store place. I will always stay a Paul Mitchell customer.

But I came in asking for them to fix this weird orange section in my hair as well as just keeping my hair my natural medium brown hair color. instead I left with nearly black hair and instead of the orangey section it's just medium brown. The polite young man in the front offered me half off on my next appointment but why would I go back?? To continue damaging my hair ?? I am very sad with the results and I wish I never walked into that salon :(

Both were rushed and the instructor Kimi has a stuck up attitude. I saw it with the client who she was doing brows on, the client asked her to fill in a spot and she immediately seemed bothered. Them with the lash class she rushed through everything and I don't feel I was trained properly. Most of what I know was self taught. Mind you I took both classes because I thought maybe she isn't much of a brow person (see for yourself on her IG) and thought things would be better as a lash class. Wasted money time and gas.
