My wife "Does this development have a gym?" Tammy "Yes it does" Result: No gym in development. Had this been a must have we would have been horribly disappointed. 2. Me: Tammy where is our purchase contract, the lender needs it to lock in the 4.25% interest rate" Tammy: Calls with her lender Tim to try and pressure me into using him and his much higher and costly loan. Result: Interest rates increase to 4.37% costing me an extra $32+ a month or $12,000 over the life of the loan. 3. Me: "What does this COE +3 on the contract mean?" Tammy: "That just means the seller can stay in the house 3 days after closing" Me: "Should we put something in the contract so if they decide to stay we can get compensation ?" Tammy: No I wouldn't worry about it, sellers rarely use the three days and if they do we can work it out at closing" Result: Seller decided to take the entire 3 days forcing us to take two days off work and our current landlord charging us for rent $265.81 3. Me: Aaron, we discussed this with Tammy and feel she did not know the laws and cost us $265.81" Aaron: I will talk with Tammy and if that is true, we will reimburse you for the $265.81 Result: Never sent the check like he promised 4. Tammy: "If I sell you a house, you get free pizza for life" (She owns Pappa Murpheys pizza in Eastvale" Result: No pizza for life 5. Tammy: "You can use our home inspection guy" Result: Spends less then an hour doing a half ass job. Missed cracked A/C pan (Clue: Steady leak from overflow drain pointed out to him) cost $2,000. Missed bad recessed lighting fixtures in kitchen (Clue: lights are dim when turned on and get brighter. Also pointed out to him) Cost $75 to have electrician tell me they need to be replaced. Cost to replace $1,000+ So pretty much Aaron and his team just tell you what they think you want to hear, wether it's true or not, work with half ass crooks (Tim the lender got mad because I shopped other lenders and Tammy told me the other lender would rip me off and not be ready for closing. Guess who we were waiting on the entire transaction.........clue it was not the lender or escrow, or inspections. And lastly Aaron is not a man of his word as he told us he would send us a check and after multiple messages to him NOTHING. I found the house, pretty much kept the deal on track the whole time and Aaron took his commission for doing pretty much nothing. I could have downloaded and filled out the standard contract they used. This pretty much reinforces my previous belief that real estate agents are useless crooks. Do yourself a favor and stay away from these crooks and better yet Notice how Aaron didn't respond to my negative review? That's because he has ZERO defense and would rather rip you off then do the honest thing.
