Been going to these people for over a decade. Made arrangements over the phone the afternoon prior to change a fuel filter. Heard the worker over the phone verify the work for the next day. I bought the filter, showed up and was basically told that no one could have ever told me that they could do the job and I could leave. Had to commute from the island to the mainland. Someone doesn't know what's going on and it was not me. Was treated disrespectfully with no apology for the mix up. read more

2 star Long review story. 90% of the time I have had a wonderful experience with great customer service. The last time I went, I got a full service oil change, well that's what I payed for. Every other time they do fluid top ups window cleaning and front vacuuming along with an inspection of hoses and the like, all this with the oil change. It's a great service and a fair price for it. This last time when I got my car back and went to pay I got no update on my hoses or leaks or anything like that ( I already knew from last time I had the leaks but no one told me this time.) When I got in my car the floor and windows weren't done but I just passed this off as early morning and they may be slow going. I can clean my own damned windows. I EXPECTED they take care of my car and all its inside parts properly though. My husband goes crazy on washer fluid so we always treat him with blue show after top up (never lasts long but it's nice for a while) No washer fluid either. At this point I SHOULD have asked what was up, but I didn't and that is my fault. Fast forward a few weeks later and my car runs funny, lots of money and another long story later, my car had over heated cracked head gasket and died within days. As a car owner it's my job to check fluids often but after JUST having my oil done I never expected to find out the reason for all this was my radiator was BONE DRY and after filling, no leaks, so, (Sherlock deductions here) They didn't fill that/top up that fluid either. I now have to pay for a new car for something so simple and could have been avoided. I probably will keep going there because true, every other time has been wonderful with great care and excellent customer service. Be warned though, check their work. Hell, watch them through the little window to make sure. read more

Relatively quick service. No real communication about what services you would like upon arrival. Sign said 39.99 for basic full service. Walked out at 69.99 because of "up charges" allegedly due to the type of oil filter that my car takes. Worth the trip into Bellingham next time where the charge is 39.99 out the door with no up charges. We pulled up and waited behind another car for 25 minutes until one of the guys finally came up and asked us to move to the back of another line because there was another car who had been waiting longer. That car was all the way in the back of the lot so I had no idea there was anyone else waiting. They even had three bays going. It's not like they were under staffed. They should have come up and said something as soon as I parked there. I had my baby with me and had spent that 25 minutes trying to keep him calm while watching each employee move so slow it appeared as if they had complete apathy for life itself. I will never so much as look at that place again, let alone try to get my oil changed there. What a complete waste of decent real estate. I hope someone else buys it and turns it into a Jiffy Lube. I take all of my vehicles to these guys. They have always been nice to me and do a great job. They do tend to get busy on a Saturday afternoon, so either show up early or be patient. I think they go as fast as they can. read more
