I was recommended by a friend that had experienced tremendous results after seeing her. First let me start off by saying I was very skeptical of the AO scan but within the first 15 mins of my appointment I was shocked by how in-depth the scan really was! She puts a headset on your temple and the scan starts reading your body. It doesn't hurt, it's just a sound you hear. You can watch the TV monitor as it goes through your body showing you the tissues, cells, all of it! After the scan is done, she goes over it and talks to you. She spends 1 full hour with you...I've NEVER spent more than 20 mins with a doctor before!! She can see what the underlying root cause of whatever problem you're having is. She was able to see so much that I wasn't even aware of. After reviewing the scan she creates a treatment plan with recommendations on foods to eat, foods to avoid, exercises to start doing, and supplements to take. She even has the supplements in house so you can get started right away! Within about 3-4 weeks, my health improved drastically!! When my follow up visit came around I was anxious to see what my new scan showed and it was so much better!! I honestly don't know what I would have done if I didn't stumble across her! She has changed my life and ever since I went to her, I have flown my daughter in to see her ( which she had life changing results as well ) and another friend. Mental health…read moreis a difficult thing to talk about and the stigma leaves many of us not able to publicly talk about our therapy experiences whether if it's good or bad. However, it is my duty to make sure fellow yelpers and future patients of this place know what I've personally experienced so they can be aware too. If you choose to seek help from crossroads, know that their are great therapist here and REALLY bad ones too. I've experienced condescending, rude and careless providers here. The communication between staff and providers seems obsolete at times. I won't go into too much detail with what happened but I will tell you who you can trust at Crossroads. Laura Fite and Kaitlin Hiddle! They are awesome providers!! Both of them are empathetic, understanding and will care for your well being. On another note, Who ever reads this in search of help, know that I feel you and things will get better as long as you keep trying :) you got this and keep going!

They don't mention that on the deal, of course. -1 for shadiness. I booked a massage for the day after the Route 66 Marathon. Let me tell you, I was looking forward to this massage FOR.EVER. Day after the marathon, my legs were in pain - as predicted. As I followed/limped behind Sierra (the massage therapist), she asked me what was bothering me and I told her I ran a marathon the day before, so my lower body needed the most TLC. The massage itself was really good. I asked for more pressure and she gave it (don't let her small size fool you!!). But! Before I knew it, she told me the massage was over...she got the back of my legs, but she hadn't even TOUCHED the FRONT part of my legs. Now, I'm not a doctor or anything, but I feel like COMMON SENSE will tell you LEGS in general (front AND back - ever hear of quads before!?) are needed to run. I spent the rest of my night profusely apologizing to my poor legs that were still screaming in pain. I will definitely not be back.
