I initially booked because I was in the process of moving, changing jobs, and in the middle of an over-all upside down life transition. I was having difficulty sleeping and making time for myself. I am so grateful I took an hour of my time to spend on her table. When I arrived, she greeted me warmly and gave me a cup of herbal tea. The table was comfortable and she walked me through exactly what she would be doing. Then, the magic. I definitely felt the moment my body was at ease as she put warm packs on my joints and I drifted in and out of consciousness. Was it sleep? Deep relaxation? I don't recall, but as a wholistic practitioner myself I can say I hope to send future clients to her to experience what I did. HIGHLY recommend her services to anyone who is high stress, struggling with mood / emotional regulation, over worked, or on their own healing journey toward discovering Self again. 10/10. ***** I also had a 90 minute massage with John on a separate occasion. As someone who typically prefers female body workers, I can say I was very comfortable and impressed with John's gentle and safe nature. He is incredibly kind and asked specific questions to help focus the attention on what my body needed. I typically have migraines and I had one at the start of our session. The pain went from a 8/10 to about a 3/10 within the session and subsided a few hours after. I cannot recommend this duo enough!
