Sales process exceeded my expectations as well, Jack went out of his way to walk and paint the fence line with me because I couldn't be there the day of the install. They installed two fences in my neighborhood as well a couple of years ago. Those fences flex about as a solid steel flag pole. I don't understand how they do it with just tamping the ground. Cost wise they were 70% of Perfection Fence and Home Depot. I can't recommend them strongly enough. As for the person upset the receptionist hung up on them, I know I'm not a saint at least a couple days a year either. If they had called back they would have been treated fine.

Folks from White Horse Lawn & Tree came out and were both highly responsive, extremely helpful, and awfully nice. They offered multiple applications of fungicide, at a very reasonable price. On Grade came by and gave me an estimate, I told them I had another company coming later that day on Saturday and would get back to them ASAP. The other company kept me waiting until after 5pm that day so with that I decided on On Grade. I did not call On Grade to tell them until Monday because I don't like people calling me on Sunday so I figured they may not like either. I guess Bob was not happy that I waited that long but accepted the job. He said they would get to it in around 3 to 4 weeks later. I had no problem with that since it was early October. I called the first week of November and asked if they needed a deposit. Bob got angry saying that the weather had held them up even though I had not even asked when they would start? Needless to say they never started the job last November. Once the weather got to cold to plant grass I called and left a message asking if they would get to it this year. No return call. I called again this last Friday and as of today no return call. I would think a professional business would at least call and tell me that they were not interested in doing the job any longer. I guess I don't deserve that respect, don't know why but that is the way some people are. Would I tell any of my friends to use this company, no.

While maintaining that property they blew leaves into my yard, two seasons in a row, after I had cleared my yard of leaves. I've spoken to them but they have yet to offer a solution. They came back this year but before they started in the neighbor's backyard, which abuts mine, I presented them with a Cease and Desist Order explaining that what they've done in the past was unlawful. I'm a senior citizen. We'll see if it works. Update: Jose, came to my house. Said he'd give my letter to his boss. Meanwhile he offered to clean up any debris that they may have caused. Of course, I accepted his offer.

We hired Steve and his crew to fix a sunken area of our driveway and to remove a rotting raised bed…read moregarden which abutted the entrance to our crawlspace.  They did a beautiful job with all of it, but most importantly were responsive to our concerns about cost and worked closely with us to make sure it looked the way we wanted.   While there was damage to the yard, they followed up with loam and hydroseed and the yard now looks a lot better than it did before and that was not part of the contract.  So they were reasonable, friendly and easy to work with, did great work, and the surroundings were left better than before.  I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.
