The first was to be able to utilize an area we could not utilize in the past and deal with a flood issue. Long story short both issues were addressed and we are happy but I will say the customer service needs MAJOR improvement. At first the communication was great but midway with the work it was a lot of back and forth which resulted in unresolved issues. Each call I was told I would get a call back no one called back. I was asked to take photo's and send via email my concens on 6/7/2024 which I did. Today is 6/19/2024 I haven't received any response and at this point I don't expect a call. Would be nice since this was a HUGE project and word of mouth goes along way.
