When I entered the building there was no signs to direct me. I had to ask someone to help and others where confused as well, as they were asking me for directions . I wasn't told about an X-ray I needed prior so I had to do that. The kiosks didn't work. I read his reviews prior to going and although they weren't that great I thought I'd see for myself. Well, it started off with him in the hallway before entering the room saying how he didn't want to be there to the other workers. I thought ok, maybe he's having a bad day. He enters and starts talking and doing an exam on my arm/shoulder and doing an assessment. I asked him about my MRI since he was staring at it on his computer and he began to get upset saying that "your pcp didn't tell you" I said no. "Well that his job, you call him and tell him to do it" "I will tell you it's not your arm, it's your neck" ok. "Why did he send you here??" I said, because I was having pain I guess. "He should have never sent you here" He's attitude and beside manner was pretty much what the reviews said about him. I'm certain I won't be going back to see him again.

I was referred to Crystal Clinic for further work up on my ankle that has been injured for 10 years…read morefrom the military. Thus, I required military paperwork to be completed in regards to my injury and I dropped off a copy of my MRI for the doctor to take a look at. The doctor let me know it may take a while to complete the paperwork and they would call me when it's ready for pick up and they would need to upload my MRI for their records. I attempted to go into the office to pick up my paperwork after I received a call that it was completed. The receptionist said she couldn't find it and she also said my MRI was nowhere to be found. But I could make another appointment to be seen by the doctor again. The only reason I went to Crystal Clinic was because I needed this paperwork to be completed for my military occupation and so I could get approved to go to physical therapy. Seems like they just wanted to charge me for another visit. I definitely would not recommend anyone to this doctors office since it's obviously unorganized and my paperwork got lost. I am very disappointed as my healthcare needs weren't met. I wouldn't have bothered driving an hour just to be told sorry there isn't any paperwork and would I like to make another appointment.
