Day three, I was told that they don't do such things (same number, far as I could tell, same service person) and suggested I call a plumbing and heating company. An extra 48 hours with no propane (no heat, stove, or hot water while struggling with my husband dying in the ICU) because these asshats said they would do it, said it again, then said they never could. Got a real tech from TLC in that afternoon to fix the problem. Funnier still, weeks later, I get a call from one of their techs wondering if I still need help relighting my pilots. I told him what happened and he was horrified and said he was calling in to try to get me a discount on my last $1000 load. Never heard a thing since. SHOCKING!!! Ya'll are AWFUL not because mistakes were made (repeatedly),, but because YOU KNOW IT and DON'T CARE!!!!! Useless!!

Recently thought our kitchen stove was leaking propane, and called them to see if they could help - they sent a great guy out next day who was finished for the day but came by to look at our leak anyway. Pretty good as far as Lowe's are concerned though.

Continued to tell me they would show up with police to drain my tank, we were also sent two different invoices for the same service. Bill was $578 I just had a $500 bill from them last month. I am fine paying my bill but I want to pay for what I actually received not their inflated theft. THEY CHARGED MY CARD WHEN AUTHORIZATION WAS REMOVED.
