So as I was going into Ferretti's Market to make a purchase this morning I was so rudely greeted by the owner Gina, she was so disgustingly rude to me that I choose not to purchase anything and walk out. The conversation went like this "Hi guys how are you" my younger brothers and I said hello then we got asked if we were "actually going to make a purchase" I told her that I did have money and I was planning on making several purchases during my outing. then instead of just leaving it at that she added (Tyler being my husband who works in the meat department) "well Tyler's trying to work so...." My intention was to make a purchase this morning, not to go talk to my husband while he was working. The service is horrible, the owner Gina has a terrible attitude and most of the time takes it out on her employees or customers. They sell food that is out of code, last summer the tumbler had maggots in it....a customer actually purchased a bag of their bonanza steak tips and brought them back because there was movement in the bag. read more

Ordered take out sandwiches from here yesterday. There were four of us and we ordered straight off the menu, nothing fancy, but they still managed to screw it up. We got the sandwiches home and they completely forgot to put roast beef on one of them - it had everything but the meat. Two people ordered the same sandwich but they only managed to make one correctly. And the tomatoes on my sandwich were the top slice you normally throw out, where the stem is. The sandwich selection is a bit weird (cajun roastbeef with russian dressing? really?) but overall everyone seemed pleased. I doubt I'll go back, though. read more

I've got one of their chuck-eye roasts braising as a pot roast in the oven right now. The house smells so good! Wonderful meats. I've made their lamb shanks and spoon roasts too. Hubby whipped up their Irish "bangers" for breakfast. Just wish I had the time to get there for all our meats. The marinated chicken and beef would be wonderful for a quick grill dinner. If you every want a holiday roast, remember to reserve early. It's a madhouse there the day before a holiday. Good stuff! read more

I live on Cape Cod but yesterday was my first trip to Ferretti's even though I've heard a lot about it over the years. I was pleasantly surprised! The market section has small isles, and because it was busy and people were pushing around carts, it was kind of a pain to get around. But it looked like they had a nice selection of food. The only section I browsed was the cold drinks, and I was a little disappointed that they didn't have more of a variety. My bf and I spend the majority of our time there up at the deli counter. They had some really great sandwiches and the guy who waited on us behind the counter was very friendly and gave me a great recommendation. The sandwiches were quite large and very filling. For two sandwiches and two drinks it came to around $15, which is a little pricey, but it filled me up so I couldn't complain! read more

Ferretti's Market - perfection - Convenience Stores Near Me - Brewster, Massachusetts

I like everything about Ferretti's. I have yet to get anything there that hasn't been good. Sandwiches are freshly made and not skimpy. The prepared foods are great too. Sides and salads all freshly made and good. One thing I really love is their Mac salad. Nice and light. Not that heavy goopy stuff. I've had their bourbon steak tips and burgers from the butcher and they were also just right. Not enough time in the summer to get to all of their pies but the apple cranberry was good. The only thing I wish they had was iced coffee but I don't think there's an inch of space left to put it. Wish I had a Ferretti's at home. read more

Some of the worst service i've ever experienced. The employees are consistently rude, never happy, and are never smiling. They are never willing to help, and I always feel like a bother to them. My deli sandwich order is almost always screwed up somehow. I live right up the street from this establishment, and was hoping for this to be my go to spot. After several attempts, and constantly waiting without being helped, I highly doubt I will be returning. read more

Updating my previous review from this summer. I came back during winter and decided to give this another shot because I was desperate for some coffee in the morning, and this was the closest place to work. Very pleased with the self-serve coffee station and fresh baked pastries and muffins. The best part is that I got a big coffee and a muffin for under 3 bucks. I'll definitely be making feretti's part of my morning routine, and I might even give it another shot for lunch. read more

Do not get the shepherds pie or the curry "chicken salad!!" my experience here has been terrible. There shepherds pie was as if someone chopped up a frozen buger with absolutely no seasoning, and drowned in a jar of gravey. I COULDN'T even take 1 bite. Then today I decided to give it a second chance and order the curry chicken salad sandwich it was once again absolutely terrible!! there is no TLC put into what they make clearly. And when I called to get my money back I was told ( by their so called manager) I had to bring the sandwich back in order to receive my money, even when I said I couldn't come in for a couple days. This is my first time even using Yelp I just felt I needed to express how disappointed I was. And give a fair heads up to not I repeat do not go get food from Ferretti's market! read more

I enjoy going here for the most part, the food that they make in house isn't bad but now always the best. I had a bad experience there and I didn't feel like anyone really cared when I mentioned what had happened. So I was rushing from work to get there and grab some dinner. One of the girls who worked there saw me looking in the refrigerator and turned the light off. I just thought that was really rude, they weren't closed yet and because she turned the light off I could even see what I wanted anymore. Then I went to the cashier to tell her and her remark to me was that, well we are about to close. I nicely said to her that, but you aren't closed yet and that the girl who turned off the lights saw me looking and still did that. Anyway all in all, I just thought the approach was poor. This is a convenience store, with a gem of a deli in back. Great options, and all are delicious!! Find an excuse to need a picnic!! Then go and try this out! But be prepared to wait, no matter what the time of day is. It's worth it. read more

To the young girl working behind the counter at Ferretti's Market in Brewster - when you oh-so-rudely rolled your eyes at my excited kids waiting to have you ring up their baskets of candy, I saw it. When you oh-so-rudely turned to your co-worker and said, "2 more weeks and they'll all be gone. I can't wait until Labor Day!", I heard you. For your information...I shop at your market all year long and have done so since I was a kid. Guess who WON'T be shopping there anymore because of how rude you were to us! Whatch out for this place. There product is very well presented. Used to be the best around until the owners and founders of this clean, organized establishment turned it over to there extreme corner cutting daughter. Most of the the "fresh" product you see in the cases has been mixed with poor quality out of date product to maximize her profit. The expired baked goods are very often relabeled as fresh. I witnessed a customer returning a half eaten pie because of its unfreshness, she then took it and gave it to a bakery worker, had them trim the cut pieces and relabel it as fresh,placing back on the rack for sale. Nice Huh? The produce for sandwiches is often mixed with produce that is starting to rot. The butchers are often forced to clean old meat and mix it with fresh. Remember, Sal Manilla is not a italian singer and, E Coli is not a famous author, it is a nightmare!!!!! read more
