Hello, DO NOT use this business for a pickup from WISH or AMAZON. This lady is a liar and is very very rude. I had a package shipped there for pickup. In which I called to get the address on how to get there. Shirley Ferrill, the owner, was very rude over the phone, and I had to ask her 3 times for the address. When we arrived she didn't greet us, and I told her - we were here to pick up a package, and not knowing that she was the one who answered the phone, I told her " The guy that answered the phone was very rude to me". I don't know if she became offended by my statement- she refused to give me my package- she demanded an apology in which I gave her, and she still refused to give me my package. My daughter and I was then put out of the shop because she refused to give me my package, my daughter called police. She then left the store, I assume to avoid the police, thinking we would go away, but the police eventually came- and said that it would be theft of property, and to call back when we returned to the store. Needless to say, we had to call the police a 2nd time- after she returned to the store in which she still refused to give me my package- My daughter decided to do a review on Google- in which the owner responded with a lie. I never used one cuss word in her store. If what she say is true that she felt threatened, then why didn't she call the police. Why did I call the police? Please go to Google and look at her review from my daughter and her response is all lies. Even her business neighbors both of which were outside all stated- that she has a horrible attitude and terrible customer service- in which lets me further know that - this has happened in the past. My daughter even mentioned this incident to her hair dresser randomly the next day- and he also stated that she comes off as "snappy" and her customer service is not the best. read more
