I find this to be an aboration of misconduct in terms of how to clearly state and clarify this type of schedule "C" or "B" or what ever in laymans terms , WILL NEVER GO BACK after two years of no explanation of what the hell i was doing right or wrong. Also a follow up very expensive . if you would like and explantion on what the "company" did for your return you can get it with a follow up appointment several weeks after you pick up your return at another added charge . Unfortunately, almost every time I called during the business hours that they have listed, nobody was available. I have been told several times that they don't do mock-ups or assist with anything at all until you pay. This is not the industry standard. I have worked with printing companies in marketing nationwide for over 15 years. This is awful customer service! You can absolutely find a company that will treat you and your business better.
