The crew arrived on time each day, I was introduced to the supervisor of the project and felt comfortable asking questions as they came up. Don is a native Houstonian who grew up in Spring Branch and now. lives in the Katy/Cypress area. He's a hard worker, prompt, kind and courteous. He always makes sure we're happy upon completion. We had Shawnee Trees come out to trim our trees and remove a huge oak tree (18 yr old tree) that…read morewas missing up the sewage and another one that was planted(not by us) to close to the street. These guys were fantastic!! The crew showed up with a huge tree stump grinder, a tree chipper and all the supplies they needed. It did not take them long at all to remove the 2 oak trees. (Maybe 15 minutes) Then it took a while to grind the stumps. The difference is incredible! Now the grass can grow there. Shawn, the owner was trimming all the other trees we have. They look incredible! Thanks Shawn. They cleaned up everything and used some of the ground stump as mulch around the trees. I would definitely recommend Shawnee Trees.

What impressed me most, however, was not just the quality of their work--it was their exceptional professionalism and customer service. Before any work began, Enrique and Adriana provided me with computer-generated images showing exactly what my lighting system was going to look like once completed. This was an outstanding feature of their service. It allowed me to actually see my vision come to life before a single light was installed. If I wanted to make changes, I had the opportunity to do so before the work began. That level of attention to detail gave me tremendous confidence in the project. The second thing that truly impressed me happened after the installation was complete. The owners are very professional (both are engineers), and knowlegeable and easy to talk to. They are very prompt and thorough. The even had a superior drain system at the street. While they were here, they also solved a problem with my neighbor's drainiage system.
