Don and his team have been trimming my 3 live oak trees for about 6 years now. I have them come out every 2 years. They do a good job for a fair price and leave things cleaned up when they leave. They even cleaned up my tall palm tree at no extra cost every year, which is so appreciated. Don is a native Houstonian who grew up in Spring Branch and now. lives in the Katy/Cypress area. He's a hard worker, prompt, kind and courteous. He always makes sure we're happy upon completion. I always go out for at least one other bid, but Don has always beat the other bid. So long as his price stays consistent like his work, I'll be using him for my tree trimmings from now til dead! P.S. My neighbor was so impressed with Don and his team's work, he hired him on the spot to trim all of his trees as well. read more

I can understand if I land in the category "a complainer" but I am the opposite. Used them for over two years and recently have been having problems with billing. They say it's due to the new system. The owner showed up today and flat out told me to hire a Mexican to do the job with no insurance. His company did offer me a good rate and both of us signed on that price. Never sent me email or called me about renegotiation. I am a fare person but to show up to my house and show your true colors as a business owner was unethical. Business 101 Want to thank you for the last two years of service and sorry you didn't realize what price you where doing my lawn for until today. You will never earn my business back due to being raciest. My wife is Mexican and my three kids. It's 2018 and you live in the most diverse city in the United State. My wife and I have lived in the same house for 25 years. We had never done anything to upgrade our landscaping. It was time.
