The store is located behind Jack's famous furniture store in a good sized suite where they carry not just scrubs but uniforms for all professions (chefs, construction, etc.) The staff was super friendly and helpful in directing me to my perfect outfit and though they didn't carry every style in every color and every size (that would be very difficult to do!) they were happy to place an order for me and call me when it arrives and has been embroidered with my name and office logo. In an age where online retail is taking over this industry, it's refreshing to find a store where you can actually see feel and try on scrubs before you buy them - It is certainly worth the trip to this store.

I go there for supplies, and that's the treatment that I get. If that's how their ownership feels, it should be clearly posted on their door. Hopefully, the list helps them pose business. To be absolutely clear, this statement was made by a manager. Nice guy, but he had no problem spreading their narrative for them with his statement about preferred law enforcement only purchases. I put my disappointment aside and purchased what I needed for my own safety for my profession and left. I do not recommend his company whatsoever. Go elsewhere where you are respected. I hope that this helps more security officers avoid having an unpleasant experience.

Sadly, after this experience, we'll never do business here again. My son dropped off two brand-new uniform shirts to have one patch sewn onto each. We were charged $76. After another uniform store quoted about $5 per shirt for the same work, I called simply to ask about the pricing and whether any adjustment could be made. Instead of professionalism, I was met with hostility. Gary refused any refund or adjustment, the conversation became confrontational, and after I said I would never return, I was told I could find my shirts "in the middle of the street." I was forced to involve the Rahway Police Department just to retrieve our property. When I arrived, I was yelled at, was kicked out of the store, and informed that I was no longer welcome. The only resolution offered was store credit. To make matters worse, when we got home we discovered that both brand-new shirts were missing the exact same two middle front buttons. They were not missing when they were dropped off. I cannot say when or how it happened, but finding identical damage on both shirts only added to an already unacceptable experience. Charging whatever price you choose is one thing. Treating loyal customers with disrespect and hostility is another. I cannot recommend Blue Line Uniforms to anyone.
